Dr Schmidt is the best. She is caring, welcoming, pays attention to detail and answers every question patiently. Her staff always answered all my questions on phone when I had reached out with questions/concerns during pregnancy. At time of birth which in my case c-section, she made sure that I was comfortable and was reassuring that everything is going well. Even after birth her medical assistant Hannah helped me with all the medical documentation that I needed for my medical leave.

Dr Martin is fantastic. She has been my provider for many years. Now starting my second pregnancy with her, I feel very confident with her as my doctor.

I went for my first visit this past week and the staff was wonderful. Dr. Brown was amazing! I also loved that it was an all female staff. I would definitely recommend New England Womens Healthcare!

Dr. Nina Hinting is absolutely WONDERFUL! I would very highly recommend her to everyone! She’s a kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable doctor. She takes her time and listens to you like you are her only patient all day (which definitely is not the case). I consider myself lucky to have her as my doctor.

I switched to Dr. Hinting after Dr. Dixon retired and I absolutely love her. She is very patient and doesnt rush me through my appts, she listens to my concerns and shes compassionate. Shes helped me a lot and Im greatly appreciative to have a doctor who I feel like cares and who is dedicated. She also has a great sense of humor and always manages to make gyno appts fun. Shes a 10 out 10 :-)

Dr. Martin is very compassionate, makes me feel very comfortable making decisions amd choices for the care I need. Everyone is very kind, especially Maria; she is very caring, making us feel part of her family.

Dr. Hinting is my OBGYN and she is great! She is caring, personable, and easy to talk to. I had an issue with my pregnancy in the third trimester & she got me in to Maternal Fetal Medicine at Winchester Hospital the same day. She followed up with me frequently in the days after to answer any questions or concerns I had. The plan of care her and the doctor at the MFM created got me and my baby safely through the remainder of my pregnancy. I was lucky enough to be in labor while Dr. Hinting was on call at Winchester & she was amazing while I was in labor as well.NEWH is a nice practice. The offices are always clean, lab work and any paperwork you need completed comes back fairly quickly, and the staff is pleasant.

This was a new doctor for me as my doctor retired. I loved her! She was thorough and asked me questions I hadn’t even thought of. She didn’t make me feel rushed. She took her time with my exam. I would recommend her to others

This office has seen me through both of my pregnancies and has been a solely positive experience. The ladies at the front desk are so friendly and warm, as are all the doctors, nurses, and nurse practitioners (shoutout to Natalie at the front desk who always seemed to remember me and ask how my boys were doing - she made my day and I always looked forward to seeing her!). My doctor was Dr. Grove, (who is incredible), but I’ve also worked with pretty much everyone in the office at some point if she wasn’t available. They are all professional, kind, knowledgeable, and have great bedside manner. I never minded having to see someone else for an appointment. All my questions were answered, they made me feel comfortable, and I never felt rushed out of the office. I was also never made to feel like an inconvenience for calling the office when I had questions. I can’t recommend New England Women’s Healthcare enough!!

Dr. Hinting is on time, professional and thorough! She is always friendly and knowledgeable. Its refreshing to find a medical professional who has a fantastic bedside manner and who runs ON TIME!

Dr Dixon is very helpful in all situations With a great bedside manner. He always takes the time to talk to you and make you feel comfortable. He is a great mentor. I hope some of the other doctors in this practice learn from him. Dr Dixon has been practicing a long time. Nurse Kelly is so kind and warm. Nurse Kelly & Dr Dixon are a great team and you can see they care about you and everyone they take care of. Thanks for everything

They really are nice and listen to your concerns plus they are willing to work with you to meet your needs and not force medications like most Dr.s do.

A truly disappointing and upsetting monthslong experience with this practice, both the Wilmington and Woburn offices. If you are looking for an OB practice that is patient-centric, go elsewhere. Here are just a few of my experiences with NEWH:1. Any time I called, whether to make an appointment, ask a question, or see if they had received information from another office, I had to wait at least 10 minutes to speak to someone. 60%+ of the time, I waited the 20 minutes until the hold times out and you can leave a voicemail. This is absolutely infuriating, especially as someone who learned at 8 weeks there was a possible viability issue. I called with questions a few hours after the appointment, left a voicemail, and never received a call back. Disrespectful, dehumanizing, and the complete opposite of patient-centric care.2. Another hospital tried to send lab work I had done, but first sent a HIPAA authorization form to NEWH. They sent this form three times before staff at NEWH acknowledged it, only because I called to see why they hadnt returned it to the hospital yet. Why does the patient have to call, and wait, and call, to see if somebody is doing the basics of their job? My OB called wondering why she hadnt seen any results yet. Ask your staff why they arent allowing results to be sent to you.3. At each of my appointments, staff doing the ultrasounds, techs/nurses taking my vitals, and even my OB, asked about my medical history and also my reason for todays visit. What is the point of spending time and energy having another practice send all of your medical records if nobody, literally nobody, is going to read them before seeing you? Also, for somebody experiencing pregnancy complications and eventually self-managing a miscarriage, to have to explain THAT to 2-3 staff at each subsequent visit was absolutely terrible and mind-boggling. You have the information. Read it, and adjust your questions and care accordingly.I will not be returning to NEWH and advise all women to look elsewhere. It is not a caring or well-run practice.

I like the hospital, it provides good service, besides the doctors are wise and provide good necessary care, I am glad that I am a patient of N.A hospital

Dr. Dixon is the most amazing Doctor and seems to generally care about you as a person and patient. I would recommend him to anyone. He took the time to answer my questions and throughly explained his answers in great detail. The office staff are always so friendly.

Dr Martin and assistant Kelly were so awesome! They calmed my fears, answered every question, were patient and thorough, and I never felt like they had to rush off to the next patient. I already feel better :)

Professional teamI went to the wrong location and instead of just telling me that I mixed up locations and give me another appointment ( then I would have had to find someone to watch my kids) they did their best to squeeze me in. I end up having my annual check up done by ( not my doctor of course) but a very professional nurse practitioner everything went smoothly.

Wilmington office is so friendly and helpful. Dr Martin takes her time with you and there is no feeling of being rushed.

Highly recommend. I see Dr. Brown who is not only great at her job but a real person who is a pleasure to work with.
