This place amazing! The staff were super super nice. There was very minimal wait time, from the time I walked in and was brought back and seen..it was the fastest urgent care process Ive ever been threw. And I was a New patient. I felt Very heard and understood and felt Nurse Practitioner went above and beyond to make sure All my Elements were taken care of. I would highly recommend this place, in fact I already told some people about it. Great job guys! Thank you

I was able to make an appointment online. Filled out paperwork online and got there 10 minutes before my appointment. Was called in a few minutes after checking in. Everyone was very nice and thorough when explaining things. Wasn’t there very long but Dr Kelly was very helpful and compassionate.

Walked in. Was able to see Dr within 10-15 mins. Easy parking. Great location. Dr took time with me to explain what could be wrong. Prescriptions filled at my chosen pharmacy.

BEST URGENT CATE EVER!I went here on Sunday for the first time ever, so lets do this! Basic facts first-I have exceptional insurance, but when I need to be seen somewhere quickly, I always opt for an urgent care center, so Ive been to A LOT. I live in Bolingbrook but I will travel to find the best quality care. I searched Google reviews for highest rating with a large volume of reviews, and this center popped up with immediate availability to book online. Super easy to do the paperwork prior to arriving. Even though it is located right in downtown Westmont (not far past the train tracks) and I was worried about parking (street only from what I could tell), there were spots ooen right in front. Not sure if thats always the case, but I had no issue.Now into the care- I had a not very typical reason for my visit, but the staff was so amazing from beginning to end. My intake nurse (Danielle I believe?) was so thorough, kind, attentive and put me at ease. I was seen by Dr. Kelly Karas-Hedrick. Again, just exceptional. She listened to every detail, answered every question I had and took the time to have an in depth discussion with me about my care. She spoke to me on her level (a HUGE plus in a doctor in my opinion) and made sure I understood not just what my follow-up care would be, but explained what I was being prescribed and how these medicines work within the body to help the issue I had. She was extremely thorough in checking any sort of possible interactions with medication I am currently on and discussing what my specialist and I currently have in place as a care plan.I CANNOT recommend this location enough. This is the spot to go even when you have atypical medical needs on short notice. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.

I was able to call and ask if they could help my toddler with his issue (stuffed food up his nose), or if i would be sent to the ER (as has happened at many urgent cares before for simple things). The receptionist confirmed that they could help. She helped me register online without coming in as my little guy slept in the car, and texted me when they were ready for him. Very short wait, the doctor and nurse practitioner were awesome and corrected the issue we were having and identified an ear infection, as well. They were really great. There are many other urgent cares closer to my home but I’ll be travelling to them again if needed!

I actually found this urgent care physility on line needed a quick check up , followed all the instructions, was in an out within 20 minutes, the staff were awesome and the doctor who saw me was on point. Thank you for your service.

I needed a pre employment physical. I was able to walk in and waited less than 10 minutes. My nurse practitioner was very friendly and competent. She recommended a different TB test that would save me money so they refunded me the difference. I would not hesitate to use services again.

I called the night before and made an appointment. I was seen right away. The workers at the reception desk were efficient. The medical team was excellent! They spent quite a lot of time explaining my medical condition and how to take my meds. I will definitely use them again when I visit my daughter in Hinsdale.

I called a couple of places (including my Drs office) that could see me right away as I was quite uncomfortable with a clogged ear. I needed it checked out and potentially flushed. Check in was quick. NP was great. I was in and out in about an hour. NP also addressed inflammation by prescribing antibiotic drops. I would recommend this facility if you need to be seen quickly for certain healthcare issues.

This is the 2nd time I bring my daughter in to this urgent care and I have to say very friendly staff the moment you walk in. Dr. Kelly was attentive to all her needs and very sweet. Explained everything very thoroughly. The main reason why we came back to her. Thank you so much! :)

Ive had a cough, stuffiness, for awhile. Did a walk in. Everyone was very friendly, especially Sandra and Kelly. Took great care of me. First time there, wont be last.

No wait, staff was welcoming and helpful, Kelly the nurse practitioner is thorough and amazing. This will be my go to urgent care facility for my family from now on.

Unfortunately, there was only one PA on duty when I arrived. I waited over 30 minutes to be seen with my injury. I was thankful it wasnt more than a severe sprain which needed an exam and xrays.Once the PA was on my case she quickly diagnosed and provided a treatment plan. Despite the long wait I was very satisfied with my care.

I’m grateful for the excellent care I received at the Urgent Care Center of Westmont after experiencing a localized allergic response to a hornet sting. As my doctor was unavailable, I found the Westmont clinic allowed for making an appointment online with ease in the time frame I needed care. The front office staff and the medical staff doing intake were professional and efficient, and I was fortunate that my appointment time was able to be honored.Most importantly, the main care provider, Kelly Karas-Hedrick, DNP, was impressive in knowledge, sensitive in manner, and thorough in consideration of my medical condition. She provided very appropriate immediate care for my concerning symptoms, and she gave thoughtful consideration for the long-term in prescribing medication for my comfort in leaving the clinic and for potential future stings. Moreover, she was very patient and helpful in addressing my questions.If my experience is typical of this clinic, this practice is a gem! I felt very well cared for, and hope you have the same if you choose this clinic for immediate care.

I never have issues at this urgent care. This time it was a very different experience. Ive had this PA before and didnt care for her. This time I was rushed beyond belief. I didnt feel heard. I dont know if Ill go back

The place was clean and the front desk personnel were professional and nice. The nurses who handled my case were professional and listened. Saying that if you have a nine o’clock appointment the door should be open before nine.

We had very bad experience with their UC service in westmont and costumer service. They submitted wrong claim to my insurance. When i contacted their consumer service they did not resolved my problem or give me some satisfactory answer. NOT RECOMMENDED !!!

I went in with upper back pain, something going on with my upper abdomen and bladder...I left without a single diagnostic test done. I should have pushed but they pretty much dismissed my pain as a back injury only when they heard I do heavy lifting at the gym (prior to the pain but it came way later). Now Im being treated by my GP who was appalled they didnt do testing. If you go here, make sure to push them to actually search for the answer.

Had a wonderful review with Stephanie she listened well and had a liking of a product to help the situation. A marker to tell where swelling was previous to that time. It smired and got on the table top. Magic marker are the best.....just saying.....

Talk about quick and efficient. I was able to make an appointment to be seen and get treated all within an hour. That included driving 15 minutes to the clinic. The doctor explained everything and the staff was efficient and kind. I definitely recommend this location!

Quick service? Sure, absolutely. But quick doesnt mean good. Doctor didnt even check me well, assumed I have something without any tests, prescribed antibiotics and let me go within one minute.Billings? Maybe even worse than the care. What a mess. First, I paid my copay up front in cash, didnt get the receipt. Then, I received a bill for the copay. Decided to pay it again, since I didnt get a proof for the first payment. 3 months after paying the bill again, received yet another bill for exactly the same copay, asking to pay the balance AGAIN! SERIOUSLY?! Get your mess together, for your own good and your patients good.

Im usually not one to leave reviews, but Ive never been to an urgent care where Ive felt so taken care of. They are so compassionate and made me feel seen as a human, not just another number walking through the door.10/10 would recommend to everyone. If I lived in Illinois(had to go there while I was traveling), I would move to this area just so I could be close to this urgent care.

Terrible billing. We continue to receive a bill for services that were paid the day of service for my son. We have the credit card statement and have given the information yet we continue to get bills. I am uncertain if this is poor billing or an actual scam, but the fact that we have called and spoken to multiple people with no resolution gives me the impression that they are trying to scam us.

We had a very positive experience at this immediate care. We were seen right away, even with all the paperwork needed as a new client, and the nurse and nurse practitioner were kind and very helpful. I walked in for a sinus infection. I was greeted nicely by the receptionist. The paper work that I filled out was not outrageous. I waited less than 10 minutes in reception and less than 10 minutes in the room. The doctor was thorough, nice and prescribed medicine for me. I was in and out in record time and everyone working there was super pleasant and down to earth.

They traumatized me! They said my heart rate was 230bpm when it was like 130bpm the lady needs to learn how to do her job better. And then she started to freak out which made me have a panic Attack

This facility deserves the high ratings it has received. Last Friday my wife was treated for an issue that resulted in going to the ER as a precaution. The staff was outstanding…….both friendly and competent. The receptionist was very good while gathering the initial information. The nurse practitioner quickly reviewed and determined next steps. Just a wonderful experience if you had to go to an immediate care facility.

The Immediate Urgent Care Center of Westmont & its team made my visit smooth and productive. From the check-in process, to being seen by the nurses; everyone was super helpful and patient. I was able to get answers to questions I had. I was even provided clear instructions on the prescription I would receive and helpful tips to manage my pain. This center was a breath of fresh air for me during an anxious and chaotic day.

Wish I had known the minute I walked in that the x-ray machine wasnt working. My main goal was an x-ray for my fractured wrist. Had to go elsewhere for X-ray and didnt get a call back on results until the next day. The nurse practitioner was nice and gave me a brace. The wait wasnt too long.

Scheduling very easy online. Check in with without any complications and the staff was friendly and helpful. I was in the waiting room for maybe 10 minutes. The doctor seen me within five minutes after being called in I was diagnosed and given medication in a short amount of time I was very happy with the experience, I would recommend this provider

I would stay away from this place- they are scammers. Do not bill your insurance on time and then you are left to pay the full cost of services. Incompetence and laziness, they have complaints filed against them with the IL Dept of Public Health.Response to response: Your response signals your lack of professionalism, your office staff stated over and over again that they made mistake and did not file with insurance on time. Have fun mediating the complaints with the IDPH.

Ive been to this facility on several occasions for my son and myself. I am impressed with the courtesy/professionalism of all staff from the employees taking your demographics, the employees taking vitals/you back to the exam room, and the doctor. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and quick to action. This is not one of those places where you have to sit and wait while staff gossips about their weekend instead of caring for patients. This is our go to clinic. Thanks to all staff for giving exemplary care!

Warm welcoming staff and practitioners! Super helpful, kind, and you don’t feel like a bother by being there! My kids had to go back several times in a 2 week period when we just moved to the area and they were on par with if not better than most family practices we’ve been to! The best part is the kids don’t hate going to the doctors with them!

My go to when I need a quick Covid test or Flu test. Very knowledgeable doctors, friendly staff. They will get you in and out but without making you feel rushed, they listen to your symptoms and concerns.

I was taken back in the room within a few minutes. Everyone was very nice and considerate, and the appointment went very quickly. They took an X-ray, found out I had bronchitis and called in my prescriptions for me. Very quick and easy, I would definitely come back here again!

I’ve gone to Intermediate Care of Westmont several times over the past years and have never been disappointed. They are polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Readily accessible, it is never a ‘hassle’ to get things checked out. It takes months to get into my general doctor so I’m especially relieved to know this option is available. It’s so much easier, it’s my first choice!

Great experience. My husband and I came for a Covid test. The entire process was 90 seconds. Very friendly and helped ease our worries. If we ever need testing again, we will definitely come back. Also one of the few places that was easy to book online. When we arrived they quickly checked us in and we were on our way.

This place is amazing! They have so many appointment slots, you fill out your info before you go, you stay in your car and when you get there and they do the test through your car window. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring... and we got our PCR results back in 10 hours!! I believe the only days they are not open are the weekend days. This is our go to place from now on and we will tell others that this place is FANTASTIC!! Dont hesitate, make an appointment with them!

I was able to make a same day appointment, they still got me in early, and Kelly, the nurse practitioner, was the kindest and most informative person I’ve encountered at an immediate care.

The service was very fast and I was seen minutes after I was done filling out paperwork. However, the doctor that saw me was very dismissive and rushed. I had them take a look at a random sore that was on my back and without any testing or any further investigation, he told me that I have the worst case scenario and I should treat it as such. Then gave me medication to treat this worst case scenario and sent me on my way. The doctors bedside manner was horrible and he did not care about me as a patient at all. Telling me such a horrible diagnosis in such a nonchalant way and then just sending me on my way was awful. I still need to go see a real doctor to try and get tested to see what is actually going on because I am not going to believe some seemingly random diagnosis. Such a horrible experience.

Husband needed a PCR test prior to scheduled surgery (and I was tested in solidarity). It was easy to schedule on-line and complete all required paperwork. Check-in was easy - we were a little early and directed to wait in an adjacent parking lot. After a short wait we were waved in. There were 2 lines of cars about 5 each that moved along very quickly. When we got to the front the technician verified our names, asked why were there, verified where my husbands results needed to be sent and then gave us the option of either a nose swab or throat swab. We were out of there in a matter of minutes. Very impressed.

Excellent, friendly and quick service. I feel confident and comfortable to revisit if necessary.The facility is located conveniently in the down town of Westmont close to the Westmont train station. Medical staff and customer service Admin staff are very helpful.We were not not required to do lengthy and confusing on line appointment scheduling process like in Walgreen store or any other Covid testing centers. The easy approach, assurance of quick service, friendly service, simple process with minimal questions and quick action gave me confidence and we felt really nice and well taken care.

I had a mild ailment so I just wanted to walk in without making an appointment. I was greeted immediately and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. The space is clean, masks were worn by employees and available for patrons. I would go here again.

This urgent care center has been our family go to for years. The entire medical staff is super nice and patient and fully explains every diagnosis and/or treatment. Their hours are convenient and we love the ease of everything with this office.

I suffered a deep laceration of my finger from a gardening accident that required immediate attention. Not wanting to wait hours in a hospital ER, I decided to try Urgent Care Center of Westmont. It proved to be a good decision. Dr. Alhusssaini and his staff were friendly, efficient, and had me stitched up and out the door in about an hour. Overall a great experience.

I was visiting Illinois from out of state and became ill. Im glad u chose Immediate Care of Westmont. Dr Alhussaini took very good care of me. He listened well, asked great questions, and -- most importantly -- prescribed medications that are helping me to feel much better. His nurse was very attentive too, as was the front desk staff.I will say the office decor is basic. However, thats not what counts, at least in my mind. Im very pleased with the medical care I received.

This is my third COVID test and it’s the easiest it’s ever been! Made an appointment online the night before, drove up 5 minutes before my appointment, and they swabbed my throat and finished the test within a minute. Didn’t ever have to exit my car. Plus I got my results within 4 1/2 hours. Great site.

Went for drive through COVID test for my 3-yo. Extremely quick and efficient. Book online, do forms online, drive through quickly for throat swab (at least for us) test. Ive been to Urgent care with my children and for myself. We always get great care. The nurses, Doctors and staff are always very helpful.

Their hours for Saturday, August 5th had a 5pm closing time. I arrived at 4:10pm. While pulling up to the parking spot out front, the young lady immediately locked the door and turned her back on me. I was confused and pulled on the door and both ladies there said they were closed.Keep this in mind if you are trying to get there before they close. I understand locking the door at 4:45pm or 4:50pm. This was 4:10pm. So much for urgent care…

Great experiences - at least 7 so far. Quick and easy and fast results every time. Also, billing amounts seem fair too. In my opinion, best Covid testing location in all of Chicagoland, no question. Just make sure to check your spam folder the first time and add the sender to your safe list and then you are good to go.

Came for a Covid test for my son and had results in 24 hours. They are highly efficient and quick - the whole process was about 10 minutes from when we arrived to driving away. I drove 30 minutes to get there but it was well worth it. They also do a throat swab versus nasal which was better tolerated.

Quick care, kind staff. They have the equipment here for all the urgent care services we have ever needed. Costs are straightforward and very reasonable -- weve not had to pay any large fees after a visit here.

My husband and I made an appointment 2 days prior to testing for our vacation. We each got an RT-PCR test done with results in 4 hours!!! Our insurance covered it which saved us over $200/pp if we had gone to a different facility guaranteeing results in 24hrs. So, so, so happy with them.. oh, and no wait. We had no one in front of us and no one behind us until we pulled out of the parking lot. Also, the testing report is very thorough and specific, making it PERFECT for travel, as some countries have very exact things they want stated on those reports.

Super easy and convenient to get tested for COVID! Rescheduled an appointment time and drove up and were in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. The test was for my 10-year-old son and it was not painful at all

Probably the best immediate care experience I’ve ever had. In and out in less than an hour from walking in the door. Staff is incredibly nice as well. I had one of the nicest NPs ever.

Results are turned around within 24 hours. They came highly recommended as the best service for testing around where I live by a doctor. And haven’t disappointed. Easy sign up, covid test felt safe as I didnt have to leave my car. Mouth swab done by the Dr. Staff was nice. They told me Id receive my results in 1-2 days. I had my test at 10am and received my results around 6pm that same day.

We have gone here several times for PCR tests for our kids for school. Every time everyone has been professional and welcoming. It’s always efficient and we have always gotten our results in less than 24hr. We are so happy they are now available on Sunday. Our kids would have to miss so much more school without quick results.

We have gone to the drive through covid testing at this location several times in the past year. This is easily the most efficient and professional place we have used. Appointments are easy to make and adjust online, the people doing the testing are nice and very good at what they do. They will also test little kids - my son is 1.5 and weve never had an issue. Icing on the cake is how quickly we always get our test results. I have tried a few other places for covid testing and this is far and away the best!

Needed a COVID-19 test and was able to schedule in a timely manner and the drive through set up as well as preregistration were seamless. The actual test was a throat swab but informed just as reliable as nasal swab. Absolutely a welcome addition during these trying times. Staff is professional and accommodating!

Fast and easy PCR. Show up at your EXACT appointment time to avoid a long line forming. The men/women who run the site are great and organized. My 2 year old was swabbed quickly and received results within their estimated 24 hrs.

No wait and attentive staff. Only issue was with my co-pay and deductible that resulted in me paying full price up front. Its not a very common insurance and I know itll be reimbursed, but if the admin worker had just called the insurance it would have been cleared up there and then. Didnt seem interested. On the other hand, the doctor just called me to follow-up with my covid results and discuss my situation. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place.

My son needed a COVID test for school. Super Easy to get in and out. We scheduled on line, and even came a bit early. They were ready and took us right away from the outside tent. Highly recommend to anyone who needs to get tested right away.

Great job on-site - doctor explained the sensitivity of the test (too sensitive but that’s not his problem). The website registration process is fine for the most part but when you click on a time it’s gone by the time you get back after inputting information about yourself, insurance, etc. I don’t know if that’s because I always pick the next available time but it would be better if it held the time while one fills out paperwork.

Location changed to a further one, which was a bummer bc it was past train tracks. Drive up went smoothly but actual check in was a bit chaotic. There were so many cars that we were put into 3 lines, but the actual check-in didnt happen in order of arrival. The worker checked in an entire row of cars that arrived after my appointment time, so I was there 20 min while later appointments were there for 5 min. When I reached the front, they had to call him over to check me in, and I had to tell him I was already checked in online when he started asking for insurance and ID. Once I was checked in, things went smoothly.Everyone was properly attired, with hair nets and face masks and gloves. They do your nose swab, and it touches your brain! Just kidding... but they go back further than other locations which is the better way to test. They have an option for a throat swab too.All in all, not my first option since they are farther and the check in was a bit crazy, but they were professional and nice and Id go again if my closer location didnt have available appointments.

I got an appointment within 36 hours of notification of my exposure. I arrived 5 minutes early to that appointment and was 2nd in line. The verification and test were fast and efficient. I received my results with 7 hours of the test. I could not have asked for a more positive, professional, considerate experience.

Stay away!They recently changed their billing policy stating they are charging people with insurance upfront for all the services .When asked to provide details on the policy they said its taped on the counter.Then I asked what happens if insurance pays the portion of todays bill,what happens with the money they charged me,they refused to say.Basically they will charge you and your insurance for their petty services!Stay away!Go to AFC or Midwest Express!

They are very professional, kind and caring. The place is always clean and they are timely. Although they don’t accept some insurance, they have a very reasonable flat rate. They charge you upfront and don’t send any surprise bills.

My family of 5 has been to this site more times than I can count over the past 2 years. Their staff is amazing and prompt! Results are typically same day. I cannot thank the staff enough for being there ALWAYS for patients during the last few years of pretty scary times.

The wait wasnt very long. We had an appt and got there about 10 minutes early. We waited maybe 10 minutes to check in and another 15 minutes for the test. The tech was really considerate and it all seemed very organized in the new location. Thank you for this service!

We were so pleased we choose Westmont Immediate Care. We got Covid test results in a half day which was so helpful to our family. The nurse practitioner was so nice and helpful both in the office and when they follow-up on the phone the next day.

I have recommended the Immediate Care Center in Westmont numerous times! I visited this morning for yet another covid pcr test, though this time following up a positive home test last week due to symptoms. I got extra care beyond the test. So grateful to be assured the pneumonia has not settled in.

We waited for over 2 hours to get a PCR test for our 4 year old. The lines were incredibly long and poorly organized (one line moved at twice the speed of the other two). The staff were friendly, but appeared to be significantly understaffed. Overall, it was a very, very frustrating experience.

The visit was run extremely well. Check-in was quick and timely. The line of cars went fast. Kudos to the nurses working there! The actual Covid test was the least enjoyable part.

My 10 year old daughter needed covid testing to go back to school. I was able to set an appointment online, we never had to leave the car. It was so fast and easy! They did a throat swap which wasnt so bad.

I was just there about 30 mins ago, and the receptionist, the NP and the nurse were all so kind to me. Never have I ever felt so welcome at a place. I wish I remembered their names. If there is any positive about Covid, it’s this place. The medical staff nurses and nurse practitioner could not have been nicer. They were so patient and gentle with my son who’s 3. There was no wait, they have a good system down so you are in and out, all while staying in the car. Highly recommend for a quick painless Covid Test for adults and children.

I had minimal waiting time after making an appointment online 10 minutes prior to my visit. Was seen by a physician assistant promptly and was out of the office with prescriptions called into the pharmacy of my choice in a very quick manner.

Best testing place ever. Best kept secret place. Quickly swabs for whatever ails you or what institutions ask you to deliver. And great people doing the swabs. They did both strep and pcr at the same time. What I love about it as well is that they have mouth swab PCR! Most places don’t. Results the same day or 48 hrs at most. And you stay in your car when they test you. Quick and easy!

Yes the visit was quick and easy. I had the results for covid the next day. The problem happened when I got the bill. Originally I put in my insurance card into the app to make the appointment and it went through. It stated a reasonable copay. My insurance is even listed on their website as one accepted. I ended up paying over $300 for the test and peace of mind.

Efficient, kind people, and the test is not nearly as bad as it used to be, now that they can swab your throat. Parking is easy here - basically you get here, park, and then wait until its your appt - then you enter. You dont have to wait long at all

Had to get a rapid covid test. In your car you pull up to a mobile office and they verify your appointment info. Then a physician/nurse asked me questions about my situation or if any medication was taken and was very thorough. It was very professional. I then was asked to drive up under a mobile tent and the nurse came out and conducted my test very quickly. All staff on site was in full PPE including gowns, gloves, masks and a face shield. I felt very safe and the experience was excellent.

Had to get a PCR test for travel in less than 12 hours since Walgreens and CVS were delaying results in the last minute. Got tested around 3:00pm on Sunday and got my results back within 6 hours although it was the weekend. Quick testing, rapid results, and friendly staff! Highly recommend.
