The IVF journey has been a wild roller coaster and I am so grateful for the entire team that has helped me along the way. I was cared for by both the Wellington & Jupiter offices and all of the staff has been very kind, caring & compassionate. Dr. Hoffman has been our champion the whole time even when the news wasn’t great. I would highly recommend IVF Florida!!

Dr Hoffman is kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The entire staff from the front desk, the nurse Kristen, Monica from finance etc, the bloodwork nurse, EVERYONE was a pleasure to meet with. I highly recommend this office.

My husband and I have had a great experience with the Wellington, Jupiter and Margate locations using Dr Hoffman to grow our family. My only complaint is trying to get back to him after I miss a call. I can communicate with just about everyone else on the portal, but he only calls and does not leave an extension to get back to him directly.

I was very blessed to be cared for by the care team in Wellington. From the moment I went in until the moment I left; everyone I interacted with was so empathetic and nice. Some days you dont want to be there but they make the visits easier. I came into contact with: Suemarie, Ginny, Ilene, Sergine, and Mackenzie and they all went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and to make my visits as pleasant as possible which means a lot when youre going thru an IVF cycle. Thank you all for all that you did, it truly meant a lot!

I will say that I have been through a roller coaster in my fertility journey, but Dr. Hoffman, Ginny (the ultrasound sonographer), and Sergine (the phlebotomist) have truly been a great support system through the good news and the not so great news. Ginny and Sergine always greet me with a smile and truly make the experience personal and as comfortable as possible. I can honestly say that they both brighten my morning when I go to the office! Additionally, Dr Hoffman has made sure to call me personally through critical parts of the process and he always takes the time to answer all of my questions. He is extremely knowledgeable and truly has taken the time to establish the most appropriate plan of care for me. I have had mixed experiences with other people in the office which is why my review couldnt be 5 stars, however I will say when I have voiced concerns, they have been addressed which is important to acknowledge. Overall I would recommend this clinic for those who are struggling in their fertility journey.

IVF Florida - Wellington Care Team -The women at this location are nothing short of amazing! Not only is the whole group welcoming, each individual is compassionate and empathetic to your journey no matter short or long it is. Suemarie at the front desk always greets you with a smile. Ginny and Sergine always lend an ear while providing the best care, and Ilene and Mackenzie take the time to answer all your questions to put you at ease. They are all really the best cheerleaders during the rollercoaster that is IVF.

I LOVE Florida IVF! I worked specifically with Dr. Hoffman who helped us bring two incredible babies into the world. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. He celebrated good news with us, and empathetically supported us during times of less favorable news. We felt throughout the entire process like he was truly invested in us and our family. He reached out personally at all critical points in the process. I also have nothing but great things to say about the entire Wellington staff - the nurses are kind, clear, and helpful. I love that Florida IVF has offices in several locations, so while I was largely with Wellington - I was able to have some appointments in Jupiter when it was more convenient with my work schedule. The portal communication process is convenient and helped me keep everything straight. To me, Florida IVF was the perfect combination of personalized attention and treatment, along with with efficiency and flexibility that comes with an established system. We are forever grateful to Florida IVF, Dr. Hoffman, and the Wellington staff.

Putting my cycle at risk , they forget to send ultrasound images, and simply do not send anything, which is dangering my cycle to be managed effectively.I attended the appointment and they did ultrasound and bloodwork, (I waited 2 hours to be seen).Im shocked to be informed they aren’t sending the results, not completing their work.Really disappointed.

We loved IVF Florida at the Wellington office. Each of the nurses Erica, Ilene and Thalia were amazing to work with. The team always answered questions without any hesitation. We were lucky to be patients of Dr. Maxon and he truly was an amazing doctor to be a patient of. Knowledgeable about our unique situation and made us feel comfortable about every decision. We couldn’t have done it without him & the team. Highly recommend this clinic!

Good luck! They take your money and won’t call you back. Been trying this process for almost two years now and can’t make any progress. They sure will bill you though! We keep getting denied medication because the office put the wrong diagnosis and won’t change it or call me back despite me leaving voicemails explaining what needs to be done. Absolute joke. No logic or common sense from some of these people.

I would absolutely not recommend this place. They do not care about their patients. I have been receiving monitoring from them for months. I am now 6 weeks pregnant from a Frozen transfer and they changed their procedures (without telling anyone) and are refusing to see me. They said they may be able to see me if my doctor calls however, they have 1 doctor at the Jupiter location, who is out of town, so my doctor cannot reach him in a reasonable enough time for me to do my ultrasound when it needs to be done. This is unethical by the way!

Was told my husband’s semen analysis would be ready in about 3 days. 2 weeks later, still hadn’t received the results. I called them, and they wouldn’t tell me anything or even try to find the file. Finally, my doctor had to firmly command them to provide the results, and so they faxed them.We paid $200 out of pocket, and I just received a letter in the mail from them, asking for $50 more, even though the price has always been $200 in total.Definitely don’t recommend them to anyone

Staff is not very friendly as matter of a fact I went to two other locations to maybe find a comforting office staff. Jupiter was very comforting so I drove an hour more to feel more supported. I’ve been through 6 iui and non were successful. My wife found out I have endometriosis. The doctor I guess didn’t this so. I feel like I wasted 18,000 dollars. My doctor didn’t seem really involved till my 4th iui. I had a consult with my doctor about the endometriosis and he suggested medicine. I’m 32 and not getting any younger. I told him I need laparoscopy surgery and to check everything out. He said that he would only do it if I do at least 4 more iui after surgery because it doesn’t increase chances of you do IVF. I’m so tired and fat now because of the hormone I was taking for a year and a half. No positive at all, I really want a family. I’m starting to wonder if another opinion would be best. My friends and family think IVF Florida are money hungry or they would have done test after the 3rd unsuccessful iui.

Had a very bad experience!! I was told by appointment scheduler that my first tele call with dr was free consultation.They sent me $112 bill and when I called billing department they said they will check and get back to me. I still have not heard. So annoying with work with them. They are not friendly and very rude

Pumped me sooo full of unnecessary meds ( told me thats the way their doctor does things, then didnt properly monitor. Then pumped me with meds again that likely caused cancer). Dr. Vanessa Weitzman promised would have my own child but lied and almost killed me. Chemo and radiation is not fun! Go somewhere else!!!

After having a bad experience in another fertility clinic, i went to the Wellington location, Amazing team this location is literally 3 min from our home Doctor Zoran was amazing explain everything in details i can wait to start my first circle of IUI
