5 stars across the board. The care and intention put into every detail in this office is so apparent. Dr. Segal and her wonderful staff have cultivated an environment that feels so beautiful and supportive, loving and inclusive. I cannot recommend Collab Fertility highly enough!

Dr. Segal and her staff are absolutely amazing. I came to Dr. Segal feeling very scared about my fertility options. She listened to my concerns, reassured me, and worked with me to create a plan that made me feel secure about my future. She has taken the time to educate me—I’ve learned so much about fertility health and the options available through her.During my first egg retrieval cycle, she and her staff were incredibly kind and compassionate. I felt well cared for every time I visited the clinic. I was nervous about all the injections, but Edith took the time to show me how to administer the shots myself, which I greatly appreciated. The space they’re in is clean and so cozy—I never feel like I’m at a doctor’s office when I’m there. My first retrieval went better than I expected, all thanks to Dr. Segal and her amazing team.I’m currently in the middle of my second egg retrieval cycle, and my experience continues to be outstanding. A fertility journey is deeply personal, and it’s so important to find a doctor who is passionate about helping you reach your goals. Dr. Segal is that and more—I trust her and her team wholeheartedly and am incredibly grateful to them for taking such good care of me.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Segal and the team. To start, Ive had many consults with different fertility clinics. Some never got past a phone call and one nearby one, I met in person, but could never get prices or fast responses. I was drained. My acupuncturist recommended Thalia and wow. She spent soooo much time with me reviewing everything and listening to all my concerns. Her staff literally held my hand when I was being a baby over things and from day one, they give you all of the pricing and a customized checklist. But most importantly, her entire team are angels. I will not use anyone else.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Collab. Dr. Segal and the whole team are incredible! From our first meeting I really felt that Dr. Segal listened to my concerns and goals and took the time to get to know me as a person and a patient. Everyone on the team is so kind and compassionate (shout out to the nurses especially Edith!). The level of communication is excellent and far exceeds what I’ve experienced at other fertility clinics in the past. The facility is beautiful and comfortable which is a really nice bonus too!I am thrilled to be “graduating” from Collab but will truly miss the team there. I can’t recommend Collab highly enough!!

Oh my what a team! Thalia Segal is such an amazing, compassionate and caring Doctor. You won’t feel like a number you will feel like a person and heard. You will have customized care and not have to repeat testing already completed by other Doctors. Nurses front desk and lab staff were all friendly and welcoming!

My husband and I are absolutely blown away by Collab Fertility and Dr. Segal! From our first meeting with Dr. Segal I was immediately struck by her compassion, clear expertise, absolute kindness and exceptional communication. Having been through the difficult process of IVF for over a year, and using two other clinics, I speak from experience that there is NO ONE better than Dr. Segal and her clinic. What we have found is that most clinics have a rather fixed set of approaches, and they present this like its the only option, in contrast Dr. Segal was familiar with a far broader set of approaches and worked with us to find the approach that worked best for US rather than what was most profitable, which is honestly quite rare in this industry. We only wish we had found her sooner and saved ourselves the stress of trial and error with other clinics that cannot come close to what Collab Fertility provides. We would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Thalia and hope that through our own experience, and posting it here, others can benefit in their fertility journey like we finally now are. The whole experience was as easy as it could be. The clinic was very clean and everyone was very warm and made the process seamless. I would highly recommend Dr. Segal and her team to anyone in need of these services.

The staff is very friendly, super service, they explain everything very well, we started my treatment and in the first month I got pregnant.💕💕
