New patient? Welcoming. Scheduling? Extremely convenient. Staff? Super kind and made me at ease. Explanation of care? They will break it down as simply as you need until you understand. I went into this office with so many fears and concerns and within minutes of speaking to Dr. Ziegler I had a whole plan curated to assess my fertility and future planning. They set the proper expectations for processes and procedures and everything went exactly as described. It only took a month and three visits to be able to plan the next few years of my life. I left in tears of joy from my last appointment, not because everything with my health is “perfect”, but because I received actual answers and have a clear idea of what may come when I am ready to start my family down the road. I’m so grateful for all the staff of this practice in both the Toms River and Eatontown locations.

I started my journey here last February. After 3 IUIs, I finally got pregnant after a 3 year journey, I now have a healthy 3 month old baby girl! Something I at one point thought I’d never get to experience. The doctor and staff were amazing to work with and so supportive throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend this clinic!

Dr. Z & his entire staff are amazing! They are very efficient & helpful. Most of all, I finally got the answers I was looking for about my fertility issue.

Dr. Ziegler and his staff are wonderful. Dr. Ziegler is compassionate and has a great sense of humor. I have not started IVF yet, but I have been working with the clinic since December. I must say, I am very pleased thus far. I would highly recommend and rate them a 5 star so far.

Dr. Ziegler and his staff are amazing! I feel so at home in his office and in the patient rooms. Every staff member (Ive heard from Amy, Jessie, Elizabeth, and Charlotte so far) is so knowledgeable and I am so so excited to continue our IUI journey with this office!

Dr. Ziegler is knowledgeable and understanding of each persons unique situation. He anticipated and addressed all my questions before I even asked them! The entire staff is positive, supportive, and extremely helpful. Im grateful to be able to rely on them throughout this process.

Reproductive Science Center has the best staff! They are friendly, warm, and answer all questions thoroughly. Each procedure, goals, and outcomes whether positive or negative are explained in detail with care and concern by the doctors. After three failed embryo transfers and some time off from procedures, I have the energy and peace of mind to try again; all due to the emotional support I received in the past from this outstanding group!

We were released from Dr. Zieglers care about 4 weeks ago because WE ARE PREGNANT!!! I miss seeing him and the staff on our weekly visits. Ive never had a DR. with such amazing bed-side manner. When my husband went on our initial consult, we left there knowing this was the practice we wanted to go with. Why? Because at the end of our visit, Dr. Ziegler didnt hold out his hand to shake hands good-bye, he held out his arms and gave me the most supportive hug. I left there feeling like he genuinely cared about us. His demeanor never changed from our first visit til our last, he shows you that he cares. You are not just another number to him, you are someone important. We will always look back at this time in our lives and be filled with the most loving memories. I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Ziegler. He is kind, compassionate, honest and amazing at what he does. He takes his time with us each visit and always has a warm bedside manner. We have a beautiful son because of Dr.Ziegler and the talented staff at the Reproductive Science Center. I would recommend him to anyone!!!

I wish there were adequate words to describe our experience with RSCNJ. We had an extremely traumatizing, misleading experience with a previous fertility provider. From the moment we called RSCNJ, to the moment we were were discharged (pregnant!) to my regular OBGYN, our experience was the complete opposite. All of the staff - doctors, nurses, office staff - were so professional and courteous. They were cheerleaders and shoulders to cry on. Dr. Ziegler and Dr. Martinez went above and beyond to review our information, provide treatment details in ways that were easily understood, and made sure that we were feeling comfortable with the treatments and procedures. After 4 failed, inappropriate treatment attempts at our previous provider, RSCNJ made our dream come true after one treatment cycle. We are so incredibly grateful for their support, encouragement and compassion and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to pursue fertility treatments.

Very unprofessional. They cannot follow up on paperwork properly. The office staff is miserable. The billing department is beyond slow. They close early on the regular. If youre into Doctors that automatically want to give you expensive procedures, then this is the place for you! Dr. Ziegler is one half of a sales team. (Hippocratic oath?) We did not appreciate this from a medical professional. I would never recommend and implore you to look elsewhere.

I thank God every day for Dr. Ziegler and the staff at the Reproductive Science Center.To begin, Dr. Ziegler is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I first saw Dr. Ziegler a few years ago due to hypothalamic amenorrhea from extreme exercising. After healing from it, I had one miscarriage. Despite miscarriages being common, I went back, and I only asked to have my hormones retested (I never did this when my period returned). Dr. Ziegler agreed to test my hormones, but he also insisted on running a bunch of other tests to see if there could have been any other causes for my loss besides random chromosome issues. He tested many different things between me and my husband. In the end, we learned that I had a few factors that affect the way my blood clots, and these factors are associated with a higher risk of miscarriage. He also did genetic testing, and he found that I have a gene that affects my bodys ability to process folic acid. As soon as results came in, he called me, and he immediately put me on medication that would help these issues. He also had a plan in place for when I became pregnant again. The patient portal was always updated the same day returns came in.Whenever my husband and I met with Dr. Ziegler in person, he was kind, friendly, and he had a great sense of humor. He has an excellent ability to explain things in simple terms so that we understood these complex issues going on inside my body. When I got pregnant (only 3 months after our initial meeting requesting the tests), Dr. Ziegler personally called me to tell me my blood results. When dismissed after my last ultrasound (which was not with him), he took the time to call and congratulate me. He told me to keep in touch. He clearly cares about his patients and loves what he does.Besides Dr. Ziegler, the entire office staff was always kind and helpful. The front desk (I believe her name was Courtney) went above and beyond to make sure I had any paperwork I needed or faxed. Jessie, our point person, always called back quickly when I had questions. I never got the sonographers name, which I regret, but she was so sweet and informative. She helped calm me down before each appointment and always made sure we left with good pictures. The women who took my blood were gentle, and I didnt bruise any of the three times they drew blood even though I always bruise with Labcorp.Finally, the office was clean. They were always very timely; I never had to wait for my appointment. They cross off the names after youre checked in to maintain your privacy.Overall, its a wonderful place, and I highly recommend them.

Struggling with unexplained infertility is stressful as it is, but Reproductive Science Center made the journey amazing. From day one Dr. Ziegler was able to answer our questions and develop a treatment plan after routine clinical work. Words cannot express how great full and blessed we are that we are now expecting. I want to say thank you to everyone we’ve encountered during this journey. The receptionist in the Toms River location, Rebecca, Lauren, Vicki, and Dr. Ziegler himself. Thank you for making our dreams come true.

I cant say enough about what a positive experience weve had with Dr. Ziegler. Hes compassionate and understanding of his patients needs. He guides you through the process in a way that you wont feel overwhelmed, but equips you with all of the information so you can make informed decisions. And he truly listens and helps answer all of your questions. Its very apparent why hes so successful at what he does.

Dr. Ziegler and the ladies at RSCNJ are phenomenal. Not only did I receive awesome medical care (and timely - never had to wait too long for an appointment), but everyone was so kind and compassionate. Going though fertility challenges can be a really emotionally taxing time in life and its extremely important to work with medical professionals are both competent, and also can make you feel better about the whole situation, which is exactly what I got at RSCNJ. Dr. Ziegler is a wonderful doctor. Very professional and personable. From the very beginning he explained everything in detail and answered all of our questions. He did two surgeries on me for a uterine septum and both could not have gone any better. I would recommend him to anyone.

Its been a while, but I wanted to give five stars to Dr. Zigler and his office. Today, our two boys are here because of them. A true miracle and blessing. Highly recommend.

Incredible staff. Dr. Ziegler is amazing. I’m so glad my gynecologist recommended him to me. Very professsional and caring. Removed my uterine fibroids and endometriomas with 1 surgery with minimal scarring. He explains everything in great detail. Absolutely amazing. Beautiful facilities with homelike environment. Definitely recommend to someone.

I went through complete chaos, confusion, and heart break with my first pregnancy. After multiple bad ultrasounds, and being tossed around by my primary obgyn, recieving different opinions with no real answers; I felt lost and alone. Finally my primary obgyn doctor referred me to Dr. Z. From the very first appt, I felt reassured, comforted, and understood. I was provided with a dx and treatment plan immediately. The whole experience was absolutely amazing, down to the office staff and Dr. Z always calling me directly to explain things to me and reassure me that what I was going through was common and there was a solution. I highly recommend this practice, I hated having to leave them once my concern was resolved.

Me and my wife were trying to get pregnant for over a year before going to see Dr. Ziegler. Not only did he put us at ease and clear up a lot of misconceptions we had but he helped us get pregnant and now my wife is 11 weeks. We are very happy with how Dr. Zieglar and his staff helped us through the whole process.

Dr. Zeigler and his staff are incredible! Ive never experienced a doctor with so much sincerity and patience. He was never satisfied with his explanations until he knew i understood what he was saying. I would highly recommend his practice!

This is the worse place to go to. The staff are rude, ruthless, uncooperative. The doctor does not give any result in his treatment, just cost tons of money. You can never reach the doctor by phone/email (he refuses to give them out for lame reasons). Be ready to wait at least 1 hours per visit. My husband and I visited there 3 times, wasting 6 hours waiting for both persons. They dont pay you for waiting on them but charging you dearly for their precious time. Who time is precious than who? If the receptionist doesnt like you, she will put you on the waiting/hold without prior notice whenever she hears your voice, hang up on you. I reported to the doctor but nothing changed. Completely unbelievable. Ruthless people. Last but not least, it is nearly impossible to ask for medical records. They told you they sent them to you but they did not and wanted to charge you. 1USD for each page if the medical records need to be sent again. Stay away from this place. No treatment result, no result, horrible people that the doctor (Zigler) chose to work for him. The doctor doesnt want anything but money from you. He said it is important for him to have a great staff but in fact, he simply doesnt care. No result. Consider it carefully. For me, never again.

Dr. Ziegler is one of the best doctors I have had. He does a great job and listens to all concerns. I would highly recommend him.

I love the Dr.s! So caring and empathic. You never feel rushed or just another number. Dr. Ziegler sits with you and explains everything in detail so you can understand it easily and will make sure you do understand it.

I was very unsatisfied. I first had a consultation. I was told I had a fibroid and after I recieved all my blood work and clearancefrom my endocrinologist I got a test to see if my tubes were clogged and cleaned out. They also put me on thyroid meds knowing that i still could not conceive without getting the fibroid removed. After several calls and no return call. I went to regular obgyn who was the top dr in southjersey. And just had the fibroid removed im now recovering and waiting to see what is next.

Long 3 year road of fertility issues. Dr. Zeigler and his staff went above and beyond. They took time out to explain everything needed. Finally expecting and due August 2021. Even during the pandemic they handled appointments and visit for bloodwork amazing. Thank you all. Can’t wait to visit with our bundle of joy.

Dr. Ziegler is amazing I had a wonderful experience with him. I will be going back to him for baby #2.
