Valley Forge OBGYN - Phoenixville

Today was my first time seeing Dr. Roitman and was so pleased.There is a reason why she is booked until june.Everyone else in the practice.Is very personable and skilled.I am so glad that they are available!!

Love love love it here. Felt super safe and everyone was so nice. I passed out after an iud and everyone was trying to help me and offering me food/water. Came in early and as soon as I checked it they sent me back for my appointment. Never had a bad experience here.

I dont recommend this practice for maternity care. This practice ONLY delivers at Phoenixville hospital and my experience delivering there was really bad because of 1) my cervix wasnt checked right away. I told them I had fast labors and was ignored. No one checked on me for at least an hour and the baby was delivered within 10-15 mins of the OBGYN finally checking my cervix. They denied I was having regular contractions. How do you give birth within an hour and not have regular contractions? Keep in mind I was the only person in maternity triage.When I talked to patient advocate at the hospital, she said its normal for only one doctor to be on call in maternity. Thats a little scary and something people definitely should be aware of if delivering here. There should at least be a certified midwife on duty as well as an OB. What do they do if they need a provider, and the OB is in a c section? It was necessary in my case because I almost gave birth in the hallway on the way to delivery room and dumped the baby on its head. Also, your chance of getting an epidural will be lower here as they need a cervix check for that and the triage nurse wasnt competent enough to know for sure where I was. I could tell she was confused, and she said the doctor will need to check but the doctor was busy. Go to a bigger hospital like Einstein where they keep more staff, please.Also, I didnt feel I bonded with any of the doctors here. They want you to see a different provider each visit. Visits were rushed and I feel they push too many ultrasounds. I had to drive all the way there just to pick up paper prescriptions for physical therapy and bloodwork and they could have easily emailed me the prescription instead of having me drive 40 minutes while being pregnant and uncomfortable. The nurse who handles anything pregnancy related only works at the Phoenixville location so if you go to Limerick be aware of that. If youre set on delivering with Axia, go with the Collegeville location as they deliver at Einstein.Someone from Axia corporate reached out to me briefly and said she would call me back or come visit me at the hospital and of course this person never followed up. They just care about reviews looking good.

I just got my annual mammogram at Valley Forge OB/GYN. Ive been a patient of the practice for several years, but never had a mammogram there before today. The mammogram experience was actually pleasant! The ultrasound tech, Michelle, was adept efficient and very friendly. I highly recommend this practice. They can draw blood and do mammograms on sight making it easy to access quality care all in one convenient location.

Had my annual with Dr.Cadieux, wonderful as always. First time meeting our mammogram tech Michelle, she was very friendly and made everything really easy and comfortable. Love that you can get your annual and mammogram done at the same place in the same day. Very convenient! Highly recommend.

Valley Forge OB/GYN supported me successfully throughout my pregnancy and delivery. The staff all have their unique perspectives and it was helpful to learn from them throughout my pregnancy. Dr. Canas wound up being the doctor to deliver my baby, and she was very caring and compassionate. I like the rotational nature of the office so that you get to know the staff and are prepared for whomever happens to be on call when you deliver. I am now back at home with my baby and couldn’t be happier.

I had a great experience at the clinic! Booking an appointment was super easy using the Healow app. The doctors and the front desk staff were incredibly nice and friendly. Big shoutout to the reception team – they made check-in smooth and welcoming, which I really appreciate, especially since I’ve been to other clinics where that’s not always the case. I never thought I would EVER write a review for an OB/GYN but my experience at Valley Forge OB/GYN was *that* awesome.When I scheduled my appointment I was sent all the paperwork digitally and was able to complete it before my appointment. When I arrived, the front desk lady was warm and friendly and I was taken to an exam room within five minutes. The nurse was nice and efficient and I was seen by the doctor within five minutes of the nurse leaving.The doctor was the highlight of my visit. First of all, she is so stylish and adorable: chic outfit, hair done, modern makeup. Her personality is AWESOME: she’s warm and friendly and funny, professional and knowledgeable. I left feeling hopeful and happy and HEARD (a rarity in medicine these days).I 10/10 recommend Valley Forge OB/GYN.

The practice is fabulous ! I love my Gynie Jackie W. She is by one of the most excellent providers of care and is highly regarded in her her field. She is pretty and all personality!

There are some fantastic doctors here, but during one of my visits, I was told to freeze my eggs. I’m a 31 year old, engaged woman and this was my first time meeting with this doctor. My appointment didn’t really have anything to do with that either.

Such a great experience! I saw Dr. Canas and she made me feel so seen and heard. She explained so much to me that I didn’t know too much about in a way that didn’t make me feel bad about not knowing. The entire staff I interacted with was so kind and genuine and I finally feel that I found the perfect OB/GYN office for me. Highly recommend!

I’ve seen Dr. Sigal for all of my annual visits and then recently saw Dr. Cantarella for a surgical consult. Both doctors were incredibly nice, understanding, and open to answering all my questions. I felt very safe and heard while I was there.

I had a great experience at Valley Forge OBGYN - Phoenixville. My previous doctor had changed practices, so I was looking for a location closer to home and recently had my annual exam here. I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. The admin and nurse I interacted with were friendly and professional. When it came time for the exam with Dr. Denis, she made me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment, which is all you can ask for, as these exams can be somewhat uncomfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Denis to anyone looking for care!

The receptionists are very rude; they don’t even listen to our calls and simply hang up. When we need information, they cut us off before we can finish our sentences. The service is very poor, and they need to change that person. Otherwise, where can we call to book an appointment?

I’ve been going to VFOB/GYN for over a decade. Everyone at the practice is sweet and accommodating. Dr. Chanterelle is the absolute best. She listens to your concerns and involves you in your own care.

Sue Roitman has been my Gyn for many years. She’s an excellent practioner. She’s also compassionate, kind & gentle. I highly recommend her.It’s was so convenient to be able to get my mammogram onsite after my gyn visit. The tech (sorry, i forgot her name) was excellent. I was in & out in about 15 minutes.

I was a patient for over 10 years. I delivered 3 babies over that time with no issues except crazy wait times in the office.2021 my daughter was stillborn at 35 weeks (true knot in cord). I felt like I was bothering the staff by coming in for an NST for lack of movement - until they realized there was no heartbeat.I was never offered a cuddle cot, bereavement specialist or anything at the hospital. The kind nurse was the only one that did anything for us. The doctors office never even called to follow up or check on me. My tailbone was bruised from the delivery and the only contact I had with them after I had given birth was I tried to call to ask for medication for the pain and they said all they could give me was Motrin. I never went back and switched providers.

Absolutely love everyone at this practice. Special shout out to Kelly my midwife, Deb and Jordan. Everyone is so nice and takes the time to hear your concerns and answers all your questions. My husband and I cant say enough great things about Kelly. She delivered my second baby and was so supportive through my whole pregnancy.

Doctors and staff are incredible! My mid wife Arkell kept me sane (and even laughing) throughout my first pregnancy! Dr. Cañas and Dr. Kurtz are AMAZING! They kept me and my baby healthy and saved me from an emergency C-section. They were so kind and answered the million of first time pregnancy questions. I have referred family members here and they have also had great experiences. Highly recommend this practice!

I delivered my first baby with VFOB, my experience was what I would expect from any decent obgyn practice. The wait time in their Pheonixville office is longer vs the Limerick and Collegeville offices. But the reception staff is absolutely amazing in the Pheonixville office.They have about 7 providers and I met them all during my 40 weeks. Dr Amy, Dr Carolina, Arkell, Dr Gina and Dr Alyson were all great. They answered all my questions and I never felt rushed, although everything fell in the “normal” category and there wasn’t much anyone can do.My delivery was handled by Dr Amy who I had a great experience with, although I wish I didn’t have to push on my back.My postpartum experience with the same Dr wasn’t that great, I had to wait for 1.5 hrs for my 6 week PP appointment and I felt rushed, additionally the Dr said I might be making issues up in my head which seemed extremely insensitive especially when I was suffering from PPD (diagnosed by the doc itself)The associated hospital - Phoenixville hospital is great with great nursing staff but their billing dept is terrible. Its been almost a year and my billing is still not sorted.

Dr. Roitman is fantastic. She really listens and takes the time to help. I am grateful for her.

I love this place. The staff is always friendly and I never have to wait long . Jackie is absolutely amazing and when I had health issues, they were always able to get to the bottom of it.

WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO IF I COULD.Do not go here if you want doctors who will care about your pregnancy. I was forced to get an induction (By Kelly and Dr Vanessa) and and my postpartum visits (2 visits with Dr Amy) were absolutely trash where I waited for 1.5 hrs just to be seen for 5 mins and told that I come with too many problems and am making issues up in my head. She did not listen to me, I was trying to make a request for something, without properly listening to me, sarcastically said NO and left the room. I was made to feel like I was simply bothering her by coming down for my postpartum visits.NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN! Dr Vanessa and Dr Amy made me cry and I wouldn’t wish these doctors onto even my worst enemies.PS the receptionist and nurses are good.

After all the nightmares I have heard about mammographies, my first one was not bad at all. While I can’t say I enjoyed it, the tech really put me at ease as this was my first one. She explained everything and told me how technology has improved the process over the years. At age 54, this was my first one bc of all the nightmares I heard. I will be making my annuals from here on it. Thank you Dawn!

Dr Roitman is the best! No one likes to go to the gynecologist but Dr Roitman makes the visit so pleasant and welcoming. She never rushes you and listens with such care. Walk out of there feeling happy everytime.

I recently delivered my first baby with Valley Forge OB/GYN and I cant say enough good things, specifically about Arkell Lucas. I saw Kelly for most of my appointments throughout the later part of my pregnancy and I have never had a provider be so kind, compassionate and understanding. She genuinely listens, answers every question and does not rush you through the appointment. She listened to every concern and struggle I was having, actually helped me and I am so glad that she delivered my baby. Labor is HARD and she was encouraging, supportive and kind. I could not have asked for a better provider during my pregnancy. She truly is meant for this career. Forever thankful that she was there for my pregnancy, labor and delivery.

Dr Roitman is terrific! So glad my internist recommended her!! Also, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

As always Dr. Denis is The best OB/GYN I’ve ever had. She is so compassionate, loving, caring, understanding, and she sees me as a person and she cares for me and I see it through her actions, her smile, the way that she approaches my questions and while I’m in her office, she makes sure that I am heard, and she always makes me feel so comfortable please go see Dr. Denis. The most useless practice in existence!Made an appointment for my 16 year old daughter as I had been here previously due to excess/ irregular bleeding. They put her on medication that did not work and caused more bleeding, so we made another appointment to address this. We arrived this morning ( I took off work and took my child out of school for this appointment) when we got there they said that they were sorry but they couldn’t see her because she had a community care secondary insurance. This child had been in pain and bleeding because of the medication they prescribed and they denied her to see a doctor to help with a problem they exacerbated! I will never go here again! I have been with this practice for the last 14years! I am blown away by their inconsideration for a child and their useless administration that made us an appointment in the first place. I would understand if this was the first time we had been to this practice and not had the information prior but this was not the case. Please avoid this place at all cost!

I have been coming to this practice since I’ve been 18. Dr Cohen literally saved my life when I had preemies twins. Years later, I receive care under Dr Roitman. She is just as extraordinary. I have been a patient of Dr Susan Roitman for the last 16 years at this facility and everyone from the front desk to the nursing staff and my doctor are very efficient and have been extremely supportive .

As other have stated, this practice is not professionally organized. I met Dr Canas over 7 months ago. And still have yet to input ANY medical records for the portal, and my second opinion gyno could not find ANYTHING. This morning I called to ask where my medication was, they insisted it was sent. After calling repeatedly I finally was told the reason it wasn’t sent is because the dr didn’t finish my notes for the visit (which has been an ongoing issue of never receiving my medications). The office staff is rude and not helpful. Dr Canas even berated me for not being able to handle the pain of an in office biopsy (no numbing or medication was offered). For these and other reasons, I have finally had my fill and changed obgyn to a practice that is more professionally organized and equipped to handle my serious health issues. I’m glad to part ways.

Ive been with this group for years...3 beautiful children and now at 63, Id never go anywhere else.Regardless of the reason for my visit, the women at this office are caring, friendly, gentle and clear when explaining everything. Jackie W is now my go to for the past 10 years, she is the BEST.

Staff is so friendly and helpful and personable. I moved two years ago and make a longer drive to this office because the people are so great and make my experience wonderful.

Update 10/30/24: I saw Dr. Sigal today and had really amazing care. Lori and Susan in reception were very kind and when Sandy called to schedule my appt she was great.I really think that Dr. Sigal is the best GYN I have seen in my 30+ years of these visits. I have a complicated history and have seen many doctors over the years, but Dr. Sigal is truly the best doctor I have seen and I feel blessed to have found her. She cares about her patients and has such a wonderful bedside manner. Her nurse was exceptionally kind, as well.I had a wonderful visit from the minute I arrived through the time I left. The receptionist was so kind. Judy, the nurse, is amazing. Allegra, the NP, spent time to answer my questions. She had an NP student with her, who was great, too.I am very glad that I found this group to replace my other doctors. There’s parking right in front, so you don’t need to walk through a maze of garages. It was a very pleasant environment. I didn’t wait long like at some offices where I have waited over an hour, they took me right back.I don’t know anyone who enjoys going for their annual, but the office staff made it as comfortable experience as possible. I highly recommend them.

I love this practice. I had a wonderful experience during pregnancy with all the doctors, even during difficult times. Dr. Denis delivered my son and was a fabulous surgeon with an impeccable bedside manner, not to mention shes very funny. Now that Im going for routine care, I see Cetta Piodomani, the Nurse Practitioner, and she is a true delight. Great listener, helpful, takes her time with patients and is incredibly knowledgeable. I am confident this is a practice of experts in their specialties. Quick appointments and responses from doctors, nurse calls, or prescription requests.

I have never left a google review before but Dr. Roitman is literally one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She makes me feel so comfortable and always takes her time to catch up with me. I truly have never had any other doctor like her. 10/10 recommend her to anyone in search of an OB/GYN !!!

Any woman would be hard pressed to find a more caring, compassionate and educated provider better than Susan Roitman. She is a rockstar and advocate for women’s health. I recently had my annual exam and was charged a copay due to a new code AXIA is implementing that is associated with the annual. It is essentially for a chaperone aka a nurse to stand in the room during the exam. This new examine code was not discussed before care was given. You should not be monetarily punished for preventative care. This predatory behavior of running healthcare as a business is not okay.That being said, the care I have received from the medical staff for years has been wonderful. Management should take a few notes from their providers and focus on putting the patient first.

Very kind, curious, and caring office! They have multiple locations so they can get in you in quickly as well as several amazing doctors! I have been going here for YEARS, they are very thorough and are great at explaining things in way you can understand not just in “medical terms”. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Ive been a patient here for decades, since my early 20s thru pregnancy and now post menopausal. They are good at making you feel comfortable regardless of which doctor you see or why you are there. They also have up-to-date technology to make it easy to make appointments or get information.

I have been a patient of this practice for over 30 years. The Dr I saw for 30 yrs retired whom I loved and decided to choose Dr Roitman as my Dr. Wow!! I fell I love with Dr Roitman in every aspect!! So nice, thorough, and just all around great!!

Woman at the desk was very nice. I got called back so fast that I didnt even finish my paperwork yet! The nurse Sandy was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The doctor who did my ultrasound was very kind and professional, explained what she was about to do before just doing it. Both the nurse and doctor were very compassionate and caring. The lady who drew my blood hit my vein right away and was very fast. She was very kind offered to squeeze me in for my next blood work at a time that would work for me because the times she had available I wouldnt have been able to make it. The building is kind of small but its very clean inside and the staff are all amazing!

I moved to the area two years ago and I was struggling to find a honest OBGYN in the area. I was lucky enough to have someone recommend this practice. I was very pleased to be heard again for some issues I was having instead of having a Dr just push medicine.

Excellent experience today when going to our appt. The office renovations look very nice ! The front desk staff were friendly even when busy and the doctor was extremely caring! We love it here!

I have been a patient at Valley Forge OBGYN in Phoenixville for well over 20 years . While most of my experiences have been good , I have to say my appointment today with Dr. Denis was above and beyond . This was my first appointment with her and I had a lot of concerns to cover. I was the last patient of the day and you never would have known it. It’s not often you come across a doctor that sits down with you and so patiently listens and does not rush you in the least and is so thoughtful about making sure you feel like you have all your questions answered. She was amazing .

PHENOMENAL group of OB/GYN doctors. I had to work with all doctors during my pregnancy and birth and trusted all of them implicitly. I had a very tough high risk first pregnancy and a traumatic birth that was handled with such badassery and care that I miss seeing the staff here so often lol. I cannot thank the amazing women here enough (especially Drs Denis + Cadieux as well as midwife Kelly) for taking such great care of me during what was the most difficult and scariest time of my life. Even though I am moving away from Phoenixville, I will be traveling any distance to receive annual OB care here.

Dr Cadieux was incredibly thorough with reading thru my past history. Took the time to analyze and provided a plan. So assuring to know in the medical community there are still physicians like this to serve the community.

I reviewed my visit on axis site and I am also reviewing here.My disappointment was and still is very much weighing on my heart. Menopause is a confusing time. To not be able to discuss this with your healthcare provider is disheartening. I am struggling more now with symptoms than I was at the time of my visit. There was never any talk or advise about my options.I have since educated myself. I have researched and hopefully have found someone who can help me through this very sensitive time in my life.If you are coming here in your perimenopause /post menopausal years looking for guidance, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.They Are not trained for this type of situation.

I had the best experience in healthcare at Axia. I went for my 3hr glucose test and Judy went above and beyond to ensure I was my most comfortable. I have been a longtime patient at Valley Forge OB/GYN Phoenixville. I had all three of my pregnancies overseen & delivered by their excellent doctors. I see Dr Alison Shirker and she is amazing- thorough, kind, and professional while being personable, which makes me feel at ease & comfortable.

First and foremost at a time when customer service almost nonexistent I am pleasantly surprised that everyone at this office from the front desk on back are very professional, pleasant and patient oriented. Theyre all very personable and Dr Walsh is the best. She has always been kind, courteous and attentive. And genuinely interested in your life. My only complaint is that the system only allows a very limited amount of time and you can see that she and the staff struggle to stay on that schedule. Gratefully though for that because I didnt wait very long when I got there and my visit was very prompt and efficient.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Below is a list of reasons why:- Treated awful by the front desk. The most unwelcoming people I have ever encountered.- If you call for results, prepare to get attitude. That’s if you can even get in touch with anyone.- The communication is terrible.- Front desk took my license and insurance card and made copies for my first appointment. I was new to the area and had heard from other people say that Axia is known to say yes to accepting insurance then saying no. So, I was skeptical and triple checked. They told me MULTIPLE times that they accepted my insurance. When I kept asking I could tell that they were getting annoyed with me. So they told me as a new patient that they wouldn’t even schedule me an appointment if they didnt accept my insurance and to rest assured. Come to find out, after all that, they DIDNT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE!! They scheduled me for 6 visits! So now I’m stuck with thousands of dollars in bills. If you decide to go here please go through the paper work with a fine tooth comb!! Don’t make the same mistake I did and trust them. It was the most stressful experiences I have gone through in my life at a doctors office.- The office is incredibly dirty and out of date. Bathrooms were filthy. Mold on the faucet, toilet paper on the floor and dirty paper towels everywhere.- One day when they were taking my blood pressure they had me sit in a tiny back room next to urine samples and blood viles THAT WERENT MINE!! One didn’t even have a lid on it.

The staff is always friendly and comforting! Highly recommend!

The providers are great, but when i schedule an appointment for 4:45 or 5:00 i expect to be seen at 4:45 or 5:00. Instead i’m waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes PAST my appointment on top of waiting in the room for a 5 minute appointment. People have lives and other things they have to do.

Online check- in was good and my Doctor is the best

My first time patient visit and annual exam were easy to schedule within a few weeks. Staff was friendly, professional and efficient. My provider was personable, thorough and genuine. I would definitely recommend this practice to friends and colleagues.

I had Jackie Marsh as my nurse practitioner who did my annual exam. Needless to say these exams are not fun. But Jackie made it as pleasant as possible, thanks to her caring attentiveness to how you are doing throughout the process and her naturally friendly personality. Highly recommend her!

Going to the ob/gym for a yearly checkup is not the most anticipated activity. However, I love this practice. Easy to make the appointment and the staff is very friendly and competent. And I love Dr. Cohen - Ive gone to him for many years and think hes the absolute best!!

I had the best experience visiting here on Monday. I was amazed at how caring and attentive the entire staff was.

I have been going to obgyn valley forge for a while now. I have seen majority of the docs/nurses at some point, all of them are great! I personally love Jackie and Concetta and typically ask for one of them for my appointment! Both are quick and to the point and Jackie always gives me a good laugh. They have been happy to answer my questions and concerns and have great bedside manner.

The receptionists and nurse were nice. However the Doctor didnt bother to read my intake forms before starting her speech. I expressed concern about future pregnancies as I was so far along when I lost my baby. Her exact words were It may have felt to you like you were far along, but until you reach 12, 14 or 16 weeks you really arent I was in fact at 14 weeks when I miscarried. She would have known that had she bothered to read the forms I was told to fill out prior to my appointment. After actually acknowledging the situation she completely back peddled and said This changes things then which again, she would have know had she just bothered to read... Thanks for invalidating my feelings and making me feel even worse.

Dr. Denis is phenomenal. I can’t say enough about how wonderfully caring and knowledgeable she is. I feel very well taken care of by both Dr. Denis and the rest of the staff at Valley Forge OBGYN every time I go. I would highly recommend this practice.

Having to say goodbye to 2 amazing women/gynecologists/surgeon who have been amazing in care is never fun, but this practice needs to revisit who they have answering phones. First i had an appointment denied because I had to call billing. Billing then informed me that my bill was not due and this woman denied my appointment by her own will. Paid the bill, whatever. My original call was placed for a surgical follow up. After being on hold for 7 minutes, i was informed that she spoke with the office manager and all they could was book me 7 weeks out (surgical follow up is 4 weeks) and that I was fine so it doesnt matter.. keeping in mind this woman doesnt know me, what I had done, or how Im doing/feeling because she never asked. I have been in care here for 4 years and this is my phone experience with her every single time.

I can’t recommend Valley Forge OB/GYN enough! I go on and on about how amazing they are every appointment (it’s probably annoying haha) but it’s only because it’s the truth! They make you feel welcome and taken care of. I am so beyond happy that they are my team during my pregnancy, and I feel at ease about labor/birth knowing this team is my support system. Don’t think twice, just use Valley Forge OB/GYN!!

Do yourself a favor and find a OBGYN that actually cares for you. The front desk staff are rude and Snide. The doctors make you feel rushed during you visit and aren’t very receptive to your concerns/ Questions. The communication between the practice and employees are non existent. As long as they can make money off your appointments is all they care about and it shows. Also amazing how they go from a 2.1 review to a 4.5 review in a matter of months, seems like the reviews have been altered a bit. Wish I could’ve given 0 stars.

I absolutely love this practice. Dr. Amy Cadieux is by far one of the most caring, professional, and thorough doctors I have ever met. She remembers her patients and takes such great interest in their lives while maintaining professionalism. 100000% recommend to all women for any women’s health care needs.

This is the least thorough practice, do not give it a try. I saw a nurse practitioner and a doctor to give a separate try. First of all Dr. Jackie saw me for 5 minutes my last appointment. Within that span she blamed my irregular period on my birth control (ignoring me telling her my issues started before going on pills.) She prescribed me a new birth control (the shot) and listed NOT ONE SINGLE SIDE EFFECT! I asked her for the side effects and she told me none, which is not accurate. Not one test other than her self assessment were performed and I find it highly uncomfortable for all of this to be done within a shorter span than I was in the weighting room. Not to mention no one from the practice told me there was an FDA approved natural way to regulate my cycle through Natural Cycles. No one properly described options of birth control, I was only told about pills and an IUD. I mentioned the shot and again it was inaccurately described to me. No one seems to be thorough enough to make sure concerns are addressed, even though that was the only reason for my emergency appointment. For a year+ long of concerns that were brushed off and didnt get better, you can do better than 5 minutes in appointment.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Front desk associates are beyond rude. You literally answer phones for a living. Maybe you can have some better patient service.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Vanessa Caras yesterday at Valley Forge OB GYN in Phoenixville.She was very thorough and explained everything. She didnt hurry at all. I was very pleased.

Nurse Connie could not have been nicer!! She was so personable and sweet. The doctor was helpful as well. Got blood taken after the appointment with the phlebotomist and that was probably the best experience having blood taken that I’ve had. I don’t have the best veins but she found it right away and it was painless!

Personally, I love the staff, nurses, and doctors at Valley Forge OBGYN. Not only are they helpful, quick at attending you, and very little wait time, they’re funny and personable. Every time I attend here, regardless of office location, I leave in a positive mood. Makes getting an annual easy and comfortable. Anyone who chooses this facility won’t regret it. ❤️❤️

Had to get a phone call from my fiancé in tears, over how she was treated by the receptionist makes me sick. Her surgeon performed an amazing life changing surgery for her last Thursday, and this 4 week follow up (specifically told to come for by the surgeon) appointment meant the world to her. The receptionist treated her like a burden the entire phone call and acted like it didn’t matter. Your receptionists are the first thing people experience!! They are what leave the lasting impression in people’s eyes!! Read the other reviews and make a change.

I have been a patient for 6 years, and I have never been happier to say that I am leaving your practice. Your office is 5 minutes away from me, but I am now going to willingly drive 30 minutes from my home to have my baby and for future annual visits.I only ever had a good experience with 1 doctor at the practice out of the 6+ that I’ve seen, the office is run down, apparently the regular billing system doesn’t talk to the automated one, and I was charged $20 just to fax my records.I only regret that I gave you as many chances as I did.

The nurses and staff are so nice! The nurse practitioner is very thorough and easy to talk to. Very knowledgeable staff. Very customer service Oriented… Which is unusual today. So glad this is where I’ve chosen to go. Definitely would recommend!

I have been going here since I was 16 and pregnant with my first daughter. This place is so welcoming and the dr.s and nurses all make you feel comfortable! They are the ones who did two of my C-sections and the ones who told me about my problem with the one pregnancy so I had to go to another hospital. Most of all when I miscarried they were right by my side to make me feel protected and making sure I knew it was not my fault. This place is amazing and so kind. I would and have recommended this OB/GYN to my Friends and family!

If i could id leave zero stars. I felt very rushed everytime i went here. I expressed my concerns to the physician and she ignored me and suggested another pill. When i asked whats the difference of that pill, she replied I actually dont know. When i asked about my symptoms i was left ignored and changed subject into the different pill she didnt know about again. The whole appointment from checking in, and in the room was a total of 20 minutes! She came back, tossed two brochures in the chair and left. So unprofessional! Will not be going here again!

Dr Siegle was very friendly, personable and spent time talking to me. Did not feel rushed or that she had to hurry to see another patient. Her exam on me was thorough and she put me at ease.

Everyone there does an amazing job. I’ve never felt more comfortable and at home with visits that are a little more difficult during these crazy covid times. Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Make you feel comfortable and welcomed from the first visit. Offer so many services; I got everything I wanted done in one place and can even get blood work right there.

Office is rundown and uncomfortable. The receptionist and nurses are rude and impersonal. The rooms have no soundproofing and you can hear the nurses and doctors talking about you in the hallway. The doctor didnt remember my previous visit and I had to retell them about the traumatic miscarriage I had had only a few months prior. I got left on the table after my exam with no instructions to redress or go to the desk or to wait for them to get back and talk to me. I would never recommend this office to anyone.

I love VF Ob/Gyn. I have been coming here for 31 years. Dr. Silverberg delivered my 2 daughters and Dr. Cohen delivered my son; all of which have had their children through this practice. Every year I come for my annual visit and I am greeted and signed in, seen in a timely manner and checked out by the friendly and professional staff. In addition, there are staff members that have been at this practice about as long as I have been going there...I feel like they have been through it all with me😊

Dr. Amy Cadieux has been my physician all these years. Initially she performed a partial hysterectomy 20 years back. She is the top of the line in gynecologists in every way. From her expertise in treatment and surgery to making her patient feel important, cared for, and in expert hands. I have respect beyond words for this wonderful woman. Everyone deserves to have the confidence that I do in her physician. I consider myself blessed to be Dr. Cadieux’s patient!!

LOVE Dr Roitman and the entire staff!!! Connie was exceptionally nice! Seeing the same doctors for Forty years is rare and I would never go anywhere else!

The doctor didnt listen to any of my concerns and couldnt get out of the room fast enough when I tried to talk to her about what has been going on. She just asked if I wanted to switch birth control methods and handed me a brochure and form. I dont think she really heard or cared about anything I said.This office is also next to impossible to schedule an appoint with. I was called twice the day of my appointment to see if I could come in earlier than my scheduled time. I guess they are more concerned with going home as early as possible than the quality of their care for their patients.I will be looking for a new OBGYN where I dont feel like an inconvenience and someone listens to me and my concerns.

Every appointment and interaction has been great so far. Super happy with the care I’m receiving & excited to see how my pregnancy pans out with them.

I dont plan to use this practice for my second child. All the doctors are very nice, EXCEPT the male doctor. He rushes through your appointments and acts like your inconveniencing him by being there. You have to be VERY insist with him if you want something checked out as he is pretty rude. Even the people who work there will tell you that. Although the other doctors are very nice, you feel like a number in a baby making factory. No one knows who you are. You have to be a very organized person because there is zero hand holding at this place. If you miss an appointment they will never call to follow up with you. You can literally go to one appointment and just show back up for delivery/labor and no one would notice. Id like a smaller practice with my second child and a doctor who learns my name.

Some people just seem so miserable all the time. BUT the great ones there make up for it.Dr. Cadieux... Denis... Cohen... Shirker are such great docs & sooo nice, && Amanda (I think thats her name) the intake nurse is sooo awesome!! I give it to these people, they have made my experience great here with my birth 4yrs ago & the one Im carrying now.

Valley Forge OBGYN came recommended to me by a friend. I would give 100 stars if I could. They were above and beyond accommodating and understanding. I have never felt more supported and listened to. Dr. Allegra is amazing and the nursing staff there is personable and just as helpful!

I absolutely love Dr. Dennis. She is so patient knowledgeable and respectful. She’s a black doctor which was very important for me as a black woman.

I initially chose valleyforge obgyn for my pregnancy check ups because its the closest to my home. But now I have more reasons to stick to this and would definitely recommend to others. Starting from the reception staff, to the nurses and Doctors, its a friendly atmosphere here yet professional. Every visit has only been pleasant for me. Nurses and the Doctors give you valuable information on topics you would like clarification on. The visits are organized and you are always kept informed whats about to happen in each visit. I have had most checkups in the past 8 months with Dr. Gina canteralla and shes great with answering all my questions.

I called to make my first appointment after a positive home pregnancy test and was met with the rudest woman on the phone. The first thing she said to me was about insurance. When I explained I was a travel nurse and my insurance wouldn’t start for another 2 weeks she cut me off and said “we can’t help you”. I asked if they would do self pay for the first appointment and she scoffed and said “we don’t do that. We don’t accept self pay for pregnancy”. And made me feel like trash. Completely rude and interrupted me multiple times as I explained. Who doesn’t accept cash? I hate this system that only treats people as human when they have an insurance card. They don’t want to help people they just want insurance money. I will never be going to an axia womens clinic again.

Dr. Denis is amazing, thoughtful and understanding!!! I can not give enough stars for how wonderful she is. Shes thorough, answers all of your questions and actually cares for her patients.

Today was my first time at The Valley Forge OB/GYN . I felt very welcome to the place as a new patient . Everyone were very sweet and friendly and took the time to get me prepare to my exam without rushing .I’m happy I found this practice .

A waste of time.I went there thinking that I had a prolapsed uterus or pelvis I wasn’t really sure . My visit lasted less than 10 minutes . I was on the bed legs up and the nurse practitioner Jaqueline Walsh is asking me to show her what I think was wrong in my perineal area , hello how can I show you if I’m laying on the bed ? And she was like oh it’s a skin tag I can remove it right now I said what about the pelvic pressure that I’m feeling she said oh that I don’t know 🤷‍♀️ and that’s it end of the visit . I didn’t get the skin tag removed .Didn’t even bother explaining anything

Phoenixville location was great. The nurse, Shelby, was EXCELLENT. Couldn’t say enough good things about her. The doctor was quick and super nice.Only reason I wouldn’t go here all the time is limerick is closer to my house. Calling system is also a little messed up as I called limerick to schedule and was sent to a different number and was scheduled at phoenixville to be seen sooner. That was okay, but the fact they didn’t tell me they scheduled me in phoenixville wasn’t.

Dr. Sigal is really amazing.She has talked me through any and all procedures I’ve had with her and is great at explaining every detail and answering all my questions. Highly recommend her!

Everyone is always beyond friendly. I never get the feeling that they are just working their job, everyone seem very genuine. I have been going here for years and I have had 2 babies with them soon to be 3, and I have never had a bad experience.

Dr. Segal listens to your concerns and explains all of your options. Nurses are very thorough and make sure all of your information is up to date. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. Very well run office.

I have been going to VF OBGYN since I was 16, I am now 28, and I absolutely love it! They are always helpful and work with you when things happen. Dr. Cadieux is my favorite! She delivered my still born in 2018 and was such a huge part in that experience and afterwards. I can’t thank VF OBGYN for everything they’ve done for myself and the community!

Even with the aftermath of the Covid 19 pandemic they took all precautions but did not male me feel uncomfortable. They had a very sweet woman excitedly take our temp upon arrival. The doctor was fast at taking me back and again everyone in there was super positive and calm which put me at ease. I am always uncomfortable seeing a doctor, dentist, etc. All in all, positive experience.

The nurses in this office have worse behavior than my 3 year old they wouldn’t allow into the office. No one told me I couldn’t bring my child to an OB office! I left work to be at that appointment. They didn’t even call to confirm my appointment, I had to do that and they still didn’t tell me. I called to tell them I want my records to find a more professional office and she hung up on me. Nasty women working in all their offices.
