Love this place!!! Everyone is always super kind and helpful. Jerry is the man, super knowledgeable and thoughtful. Has helped me with hormone issues and feel so much better. Can’t say enough good things about Optimize U, just an overall great experience.

I had such an incredible experience at Optimize U Paducah. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My lab review was very extensive and the process was quick. If you are looking for a HRT clinic, highly recommend this one!

My experience with every member of the Optimize U, is they are all extremely professional, attentive, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with, whether that interaction is in person at their facility or over the phone. Over the past 4 years I have been so impressed with the results and the team that even though I have moved from the Paducah area I still am engaged as a client/ patient.

So many possibilities! If you have a need, they probably have a solution. They have a great network of people and the services provided are second to none! Many, many weeks Ive visited all 5 days, and theres a reason for that, it works. Im partial to the cold therapy (go look up the great benefits), but they offer so much more, and if youre not careful, you may meet a new friend or two. Great people and service!

I love OptimizeU! Staff is polite, knowledgeable, efficient, easy to get ahold of and to make appointments. Their truly care for their patients, and love what they do - it shows in everything they do! Plus, the infrared sauna is AMAZING also!

Highly recommend… feel your very best and have the best people helping you and answering any questions/concerns you may have. Full use of the red light, sauna, and cryotherapy is an added bonus.

Optimize U has been managing my hormones since 2018. Perimenopause and Menopause are VERY real! :). Aging is inevitable….feeling crappy doesn’t have to be! The providers are excellent, and the staff treats you like family!

This is a great place with friendly and helpful staff that create a welcoming environment. Have been going for cold plunge and hormone replacement for 2 years and will likely go until dead or incapacitated.

Staff is amazing!! I tore my Achilles tendon and have been doing the cryotherapy daily and it has made a huge difference in my recovery. I can’t say enough about the staff. They go above and beyond to help you in anyway they can.

Optimize U is my favorite place to go when it comes to recovering or getting a good sauna session in!The thing puts the icing on the cake for me though is their cold plunge tub has helped me with my inflammation I get in my knees and it has its own built in discipline/mind fortifier to it if you stay consistent with it!Problems with a joint pain take a plunge for a month and experience the change!Having a bad day? Go take a plunge and youll be shivering with a smile before you get to your car, guaranteed!The people are so friendly and welcoming, as well they are informed on their products and has the ability to answer questions you might have about certain things such as hormone treatments!If youre thinking about getting healthier physically or mentally or already a workout person but dont have a recovery tool, I would recommend this place 100%!

Amazing results and everyone here is really helpful. Couldnt ask for a better group of people for help with health concerns. If youre experiencing any hormonal symptoms, get yourself down there asap. Four weeks after starting and Im already feeling a lot better!

5 Stars arent enough for this place. If you arent sure of your levels get them checked. This place is professional, staff is great to work with. They have never rushed through any of my treatments or visits. I feel better than ever thanks to this place. Give them a try you will be glad that you did.

This place is amazing! Jerry and the rest of the staff are very professional and friendly! They genuinely care about their clients! They don’t push their products on you and are very accommodating when it comes to being able to demo what services they offer!I originally came to Revive due to wanting to know more about my body with the substantial blood work tests they offer, and I’m glad I did. They are very knowledgeable and will help you to be aware of how you’re functioning without being overbearing m. They take their time to offer recommendations both holistic and if necessary supplemented.Now I’ve been recovering from a surgical procedure and I personally have benefitted from the cryotherapy along with the compression therapy! These have been pivotal for me to reduce my swelling, pain, fatigue and promote healing! Swelling can be both physically and mentally taxing so I’m so grateful to Revive.I look forward to trying their other services in the future including the float therapy and the infrared sauna as there’s also research that backs the benefits of these as well!Thanks Revive!
