The doctor & employees were very nice & professional.However, YOU should be aware that the employees use their personal phones/devices to take a pictures of your license & insurance card which they put into a medical app, they each have on their personal phone/device.This should be a HIPAA violation!Concerns…. any employee that has a virus on their personal device, the scammer can see every key stroke, picture, and our personal information as well!This shouldn’t even be a best practice and never seen used method anywhere prior.I addressed my concerns as well as I reached out to their corporate office & HIPAA

Love this location and Leslie! Today was my first visit and I was very impressed. The location on Gilbert and brown is brand new. It’s extremely clean. The front desk girls were so nice and got me checked in quickly. I got there a few minutes early and they were able to take me back right away after check in. Yay! The nurse was great. Then Leslie came in and she was such a sweetheart and made me feel very comfortable. She answered all of my questions and concerns and was very knowledgeable and patient. I never once felt rushed during my visit. I also never had to wait for anything. Right after the nurse left, Leslie came right in. I’ll definitely keep coming here!

First visit, very nice and transparent. I feel comfortable. Lesley listens to my priorities and is collaborative. Informative and ready to answer questions or concerns. I know that seeing so many patients for providers can be overwhelming, I like to be able to relax myself and get comfortable while Im waiting, I can wait. others may want to spend extra time asking questions or talking or unsure of what they want, but I think knowing and communicating what you want is very helpful and makes for a seamless visit. all the staff are all very nice, patient and helpful.second visit, I had the opportunity to ask questions prior to my procedure. Previously discussed, Lesley offered me pain management options such as local anesthesia and medicated sedation . She made sure I was aware of future issues with my procedure. Lesley and her assistant are kind and efficient at their work. I was able to have company with me to support me. everyones experience in regards to pain during this procedure is usually different, but I feel that Lesley and her assistant did their best to help me be comfortable and distract me. following her advice has helped me feel more comfortable in the time after my procedure such as taking pain medication prior to procedure and routinely after as needed. Ill add that a constant warm compress also helps me.

Leslie was beyond amazing. She took the time to thoroughly explain things to me and was just the sweetest. Its hard to find a really good dr that you can really trust but Leslie is phenomenal. She made me feel comfortable. Would most definitely recommend her. She is intelligent and knowledgeable.The facility is clean, appointment process was easy and convenient.

I went in for my woman’s yearly exam as a new patient and had the pleasure of working with Skylar Ryan. As women, we all know what it feels like to do the exam. Skylar was very considerate and limited the discomfort. From all the woman exams I have had in the past, from both female and male examiners, this one was the easiest. I do not leave reviews, but if it will help the next woman, I will pass it on.

Skylar Ryan, PA-C is an excellent provider. She is a good listener, she answers all questions thoroughly, she is extremely professional, and she has an amazing bedside manner. I would highly recommend her. The office is new and clean, and the check-in process was quick and easy. Also, they do lab work on site, which is super convenient.

The experience I’ve had here is absolutely horrible. I’ve been waiting almost a week for my results when the provider said by Friday Or Monday from when my appointment was which was Tuesday. Delia is super rude & provides very bad customer service. No hello when chatting or nothing. Definitely won’t be coming back here. & I’m almost positive that all the good reviews people have left is because they have a sign saying to leave a good review & get a Starbucks GC. This service is not worth a $5 GC I can tell you that.

Lesley Myrick is an amazing provider! Ive been trying to get help with my medical issues at other places for the last 8 years. Within the first visit we reviewed my history, my options and had a treatment plan! Its honestly the first time I felt seen and heard. She went above and beyond and I cant thank l her enough. Everyone at the Mesa location has been great! Theyre extremely knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and trustworthy!

Like many, I often feel nervous about doctor visits, especially for something as personal as a gynecological appointment. But from the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable, and that sense of care continued throughout the visit.Dr. Tom and his assistant Beckie were exceptional. They not only made the entire process pain-free but also managed to make it surprisingly enjoyable! Their approach was friendly, warm, and professional. They took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and address any concerns I had.If you’re looking for a GYN who genuinely cares about your comfort and well-being, I can’t recommend Dr. Thomas Waliser and his team enough. Thank you for turning what could be a fearful experience into a positive one!

Skylar and the front desk are amazing but there is absolutely no reason for scheduling staff to be so b****y. I make/take all my calls on loudspeaker and my friend was like, what was her problem? This place doesnt pick up, you end up using their Klara system to communicate...then you have to set up an appointment online by yourself and they never have the options I need...so I end up needing to call them again and book an appointment over the phone anyway. 5 stars for Skylar and front desk, 0 for scheduling staff (no clue where theyre at) and the nurses at this location that take you into the back rooms. I will forever keep coming here and to their other locations if I can book an appointment with Skylar though because she is the only person in gynecology who has ever been able to successfully help me figure out/start figuring my issues (Im on my 7th OB/GYN, last one was insanely baby-oriented and began mistreating me after I said I was considering getting my tubes tied lmao). I -do- highly recommend this place despite the 3 stars!

First appointment, checked in 5 mins before (did paperwork online beforehand) and was taken back within 5-10 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and polite, the place is clean and spacious and the doctor listened but was quick and thorough for a wellness exam. Everything a first appointment should be!Second was a telehealth followup for an ultrasound, got a call 10 mins before appointment to check in, got texted a link, appointment was at 9 and provider came on 9:05 and gave me results, everything a great process here!

She was really cool and nice! it was awkward (which was to be expected) but both of the doctors i saw were great and made me super comfortable. i am glad i chose to choose to go here!!

Here you are first and foremost a customer, not a patient. Expect to only receive communications regarding your bills, not your health. If you want to know anything about that, you can expect to pay your co-pay. Youll be forced to anytime you need to speak with somebody at this office, even if its related to a previous appointment that youve already paid for.I had surgery scheduled with Dr. Roy over a month in advance but it wasnt until 48 hours before the surgery date did I receive any type of communication from the surgical team. At this point they had already collected all my payment upfront ($3000+) but failed to realize nobody scheduled an appointment ahead of time, like they should have, to discuss my imaging and surgical plan (I was the one to bring up that the doctor never discussed MRI results & surgery plan). They expected me to drop everything I was doing to come in the next day and on top of that pay my $50 co-pay, even though I had already had a pre-surgical appointment and paid for the entire surgery. After speaking with the billing manager about this, she acted like she was doing me a favor by not charging the fee. According to her, its standard to do so. Even if you can charge this fee to a patient, thats not right when theyve already paid their surgery in full and the need for this appointment was due to lack of communication and coordination on the surgical teams part.At my surgical follow up appointment bloodwork was ordered. The results have been in my portal for over three weeks now but yet I was the one to have to contact the office and ask if somebody would be reaching out to me to go over my results. I was told Ill need to schedule an appointment and pay for another appointment fee, despite having already paid a fee for the appointment at which these labs were ordered.Unless you have the time, money, and patience to deal with the uncoordinated and unempathetic staff here I would recommend going anywhere else for womens healthcare.

Ive been looking for a new provider and I decided to go with AGC. As an African American woman seeking womens health care, I must say the staff here were very professional and welcoming. Miss Skylar was very open to hearing all of my concerns and very informative on every topic. Skylar IS THAT GIRL...no nonsense and caring approach. I highly recommend this facility!

I was a bit nervous before my exam but Skylar turned out to be exactly the provider I was looking for - extremely careful, professional and makes you feel super comfortable and takes the time to explain everything and answer all the questions or concerns. In case youre uneasy when it comes to gyn visits, youll be in great hands there !

Its a clean and comfy place to be at. The workers there are nice and theyre pretty good with their medical options, too. I would definitely recommend coming here if you end up having issues related to bad menstrual cycles and stuff.

Needed a new office to go to. My daughter recommended AZ Gyn Consultants and I made an appointment with them. I saw Mikayla Andrea. From the time I walked in and was greeted by a wonder front staff, to the nurse and seeing Mikayla, it was very comfortable. No one likes to go somewhere new, but it definitely didn’t feel that way.

I switched to Arizona Gynecology Consultants after my perimenopause symptoms were dismissed at another practice. AGC was already higly rated on google and I saw they offered HRT solutions. Skylar was amazing, she took the time to listen to my concerns and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I now feel like Im in good hands.

I’ve seen two of the NPs at this practice, Ashley DeYoung and Skylar Ryan, for perimenopause symptoms and HRT and both have been very kind, supportive, knowledgeable and really listen and validate my experience when discussing options. Before coming here I was seen by multiple providers in other specialities for my symptoms and all of them told me that I was “fine” and my lab work was normal so there was nothing they could do to help me because whatever the cause was, it wasn’t in their specialty. I was told repeatedly that I’m “too young” at 40 years old for my symptoms to be perimenopause when I asked if that could possibly be the cause of the debilitating symptoms I had. After two-plus years of dealing with my life being derailed by symptoms, and told over and over that none of my drs know why and can’t treat me, one visit at this clinic validated my suspicions and after a few weeks on HRT I feel better than I have in years and nearly all of my “mystery” symptoms have dissipated. This practice saved my life and my sanity.

I do NOT recommend Dr. McKee. She did a half ass job on my surgery that cost me half my hair, 2 months of heavy bleeding and blood clots, and a 2nd surgery to finish the the job she should have done the first time.

I had a new patient appointment at 11, for just a pap. Every person I encountered in the office was extremely friendly, polite and professional. My experience with the provider was equally as amazing. I left the office with my appointment completed (just a pap) in 25 minutes. Best experience for a new patient appointment anywhere.

Mykayla was great. She listened to my female medical issues without be condescending or making me feel stupid.She was caring and knowledgeable and resolved my problems with the right medications.

The front desk is rude. I over looked it at my first appointment. The doctor was nice. I scheduled a follow up with the NP. They called to reschedule it. When I returned call, they acted upset that I had not returned the call the same day. Today I was suppose to have a follow up. After 15 minutes of waiting I called and cancelled. Front desk was rude again.I’m over it. I will not return to this facility. As mentioned, doctor was nice and seemed knowledgeable. However, the anxiety of dealing with the front desk is not worth it.

Feeling confident about my new OB Dr. Andrea. Listened to all our questions, never cast judgement, and sent for bloodwork right away.

Very thoughtful and helpful with great knowledge. Made me feel welcome into this office. Was very helpful helping me to understand the information she was giving me.

Skylar is so amazing! She is always so knowledgeable and thorough, and she makes me feel heard, which can oftentimes be a rarity in AFAB health. Shell give me great alternatives and supplements that can take to help alleviate my symptoms, and as some one who doesnt love alot of Rx, it is so appreciated. She is such a pleasure to have as a gyno. Love AGC.

The team members in reception were great. Smiling, pleasant & engaging. My wait time was minimal. The office was getting ready to move to their new location off Brown Rd., so I am not sure what I saw was representative of their decor style but likely more pre-move organization, which was done very well.Mikaela Andrea was wonderful, she is very warm and friendly. I harbor a small phobia of mammograms because as a kid, the news would show footage of the smoosh and to me, it looked absolutely devastating. I got an honest answer when I asked what Mikayla has observed in her experience.I will recommend Arizona Gynecology Consultants without hesitation.

The Doctor Julia is amazing! I was stressing all night getting my results back from a test and she made me feel so calm and comfortable. She answered all my questions and made sure I was apart of the decision making going forward. She is very caring and loving. Just what I needed. We need more doctors like her.

Mikayla was a great nurse practitioner and made me feel really comfortable. However, the front office and billing department need improvement. After I got blood work done a week had went by so I called the test center myself where they told me they had never received my insurance from the gynecology office, so I had to provide it to them myself. I paid my copay before I went to my annual through my check in (not knowing I wasn’t supposed to) so once I got there I asked if it was covered. I was told I’d be billed my full copay for my annual if we discussed my IUD. every other gynecologist I have went to had checked my strings at an annual with no extra charge and I was also told before I came here that it was typical to check an iud at an annual (which it is). It’s very disorganized and I get different information from every person I speak to on the phone when I call.

Very friendly staff and you aren’t kept waiting compared to other offices. I’m happy I made the switch.

Used to really like this office. Initially left 5 stars and I stand by the fact that Mikayla is awesome. I had a horrible experience with the IUD they placed and have had various issues since, apparently my doctor has changed which they didn’t notify me about and I feel more dismissed by the new doctor than the old one. Sadly going to have to find a new office

Mikayla was amazing! She did everything to make sure I was as comfortable as possible during my entire visit. The entire office staff is very nice and I’m so glad I came here. The office is clean and well decorated which helps with an overall comfortable visit! I would recommend anyone to come to this office!

The appointment was early, thorough and perfect for what was needed.

Ive only been here twice but regardless of that, each time has been great, despite my anxiety. The staff is really nice and are very friendly and are excellent at making me feel comfortable and at ease. I have only seen Edie but shes super kind and pretty quick as well.

I’m very comfortable with Skylar and appreciate the time she takes with me.
