MI had a lovely experience at the health department. The atmosphere was calm and clean, which made it quite relaxing. The front desk staff warmly greeted me and efficiently took care of my appointment reservation. I didnt have to wait long before being seen by the doctor, who was able to communicate in both languages. While there are areas that could be improved upon in the health department, my rating of 4 instead of 5 is not a reflection on the staff but rather an overall observation of the department.

My initial visit was wonderful the doctor was nice and the staff was friendly. However I have been trying to get in contact to get my referrals processed and it’s a like a game of cat and mouse no one answers the phone and messages. I work so I call in the mornings. I had to call around and find out where to go to get my referrals processed.My advice have your coordinators be on top of their games please.

This office is clean and nice. The staff and Dr were respectful and helpful. Definitely coming back and recommend others to come.

I love Dr. Harris she is professional and always take time to listen to what I have to say about my health. However, she could really use stronger administrative staff that doesn’t just cater to 1 nationalities and understand how HIPPA works.Scheduling can be a little tricky, and the nurse never calls patients back.

I would rate this service with zero stars if given the option. I have been attempting to schedule an appointment for several months. Initially, my primary care physician was repeatedly on vacation, causing delays. Subsequently, despite my persistent efforts to contact the office, I encountered further obstacles, including being informed of IT system malfunctions on one occasion. Eventually, after a three-month wait, I secured an appointment with a different physician. However, less than 24 hours before this appointment, it was abruptly canceled, and I was informed that the doctor is currently unavailable. This situation is unacceptable, characterized by inadequate customer service and excessively long wait times, resulting in a depletion of necessary medications. Dont waste your time here, especially if you need good care.

This location is a joke. I’ve been calling for over a month to see a dentist as a new patient. If I wasn’t limited to where I can go trust me I wouldn’t bother with this office.

Horrible experience here, they denied seeing my girlfriend being 36 weeks pregnant because of an insurance issue. She had Medicaid and they didn’t want to switch it over so they kept billing her until they denied to stop the doctor from seeing her because she owed a small balance horrible patient experience. No Sympathy whatsoever

Truly 0 star, horrible customer service, horrible management. Canceled my appointment in less than 24 hours after waiting for almost 3 months. Truly heart broken at this point with their behavior.

I don’t recommend this place at all!! Today I had an appointment and when I get to the office apparently the nurse is the one who let me into the room and then the same nurse come back to process my appointment and the doctor was not there to check on me!! The nurse was on the phone with the doctor or someone apparently and they were guiding her what to do and how to check on me through the phone!! Is this even okay?!!! The nurse didn’t know what was going on and she was on the phone with someone going through what to do for me!! Then she called another nurse to be in the room with us without any idea what is going on!!! I know it is not the nurses fault but there was zero communication of what is going on and why the doctor was not there for my appointment!!! I’m still going to report this further than here because I don’t think what happened is even legal!!!

My appointment has been canceled twice. Initially booked a month ago. After numerous texts and emails to confirm my appointment. I even took the day off. Ridiculous!!!Going elsewhere!!

My doctor is actually great and she takes the time to listen to me however the front desk is horrible it’s like a high school with all of these nurse assistants. they like to joke and play around a lot. all the paperwork that I needed I didn’t receive because they were too busy playing around and not paying any attention to the paperwork that was given to me. I also ended up with someone else’s blood work order. And this was my first visit, I don’t even wanna imagine if I decide to stay here.

The worst place I have ever attended with my daughters, they never answer, they cancel appointments just because, they never reschedule or return the call... The worst place to get medical attention, you can never contact the secretary if you are sick, they dont have an appointment for the same day. Asthma example They give you an appointment for 1 week later. A nightmare for refills, leaving a message with the nurse will call you back and they will continue the day if they do.
