I have been a patient for several years and I always have a great experience. Plus they are probably the best for lab work! He always says a little poke and even apologizes afterwards but Ive never felt the stick or been uncomfortable with blood draws.Dr Quinton is as good as the get. He doesnt just come in tell what to do and then leave, he actually takes time to talk to you and he gives you options if possible. I highly recommend them for labs and general medical services.

Loved the front desk! Always so pleasant. Not a fan of Dr. Lost bloodwork, didn’t believe me that I had done it. They finally found it under someone else. Never would listen to past experiences with medication and symptoms. Just threw me on meds. If you are looking for functional, this is not your office.

Everyone at Advanced Practice Clinic is polite and professional and very patient with bumbling, country bumpkins, such as myself.Dr. Quentin is friendly and personable and works towards treating the root of your issues and not just symptoms. He looks and speaks directly to you and gives the impression that he has time to listen to your concerns and addresses them diplomatically, even if he doesnt agree with your opinions.The only trouble I have ever had is that there is SO MUCH INFORMATION to absorb as Dr. Quentin is painstakingly explaining the processes involved in your bodys functions that I struggle to retain the details once I have left the office. This is nobodys fault but my own. Perhaps the good doctor will design an informational coloring book for simpletons like me.:)

Great place to get IV therapy and Vitamin B12 shots. Staff is very professional. You’re In and out in minutes, Cortland is very professional and is great with the needle. You barely even feel the needle stick. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

The service was quick and friendly. The staff were all very nice. The doctor took the time to explain everything he was doing. If you dont have insurance they are very reasonably priced. Also, I was a walk in and got in very quickly. I would definatley recommend!

Women, listen up - dont let any physician tell you your symptoms arent valid. Many of us go through several doctors because they typically brush you off and dont listen. Be your own advocate. And go to Advanced Practice Clinic. It is a great place for health care. You never feel rushed and everyone there remembers your name and makes you feel at home. The nurse practitioners know how to listen, diagnose and treat you. It really is a great place to go.

Advanced Practice Clinic has been great. They are helping me balance my hormones and loose weight all at the same time. They are respectful and seem to always be in a good mood.

Our granddaughter is in from out of state and we needed her seen quickly for ear pain. The worked us in almost immediately and when we needed to return today the staff remembered her and went out of their way to comfort her.

Very nice, capable staff! I asked for a blood test not aware it cost almost $200. They suggested an office visit instead which was only $59 and it accomplished what I needed. Then when I found out my Rx would be over $100, the FNP called in a slightly different, cheaper version and printed me off a discount card which saved me an additional$60! Yes, very happy with my experience here.

I went to see a functional nurse treating causes instead of masking symptoms. Im very pleased with Quentin Caswell. I encourage everyone to have your hormones checked, youll feel and look years younger!

Quentin has taken care of me for a couple of years now. Very educated and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner. When I worked in Joplin I would often suggest him as primary care for patients of mine that did not have insurance and those that did.

Not having insurance and plagued with a variety illnesses brought on by an infected pacemaker, I was at my wits end to try and figure out what I could do to have my medical needs met. Quentin at Advance Practice met all of those needs and made it possible for me to be able to see to all of the issues I had short of a hospital stay and their entire staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and take the extra effort to listen to you. I wholeheartedly recommend Advance Practice and I use them on a regular basis.

I drive 7 hrs to come see Quentin Casswell for my thyroid and other health concerns and Personal careFrom the front door, vitals, bloodwork and payments. He is the best.No white coat scares here.They are just honestly concerned about helping people feel and look their best.

DO NOT go here! They are rude and wont return your phone calls. I started calling on Monday, left 3 messages and called multiple times in which they never answered the phone, Wednesday night I emailed them and finally got a return call on Thursday. They wanted me to drive to their office an hour away, charge me another $59.00 to talk to them to fix my prescription that he messed up to start with because it wasnt what we talked about in my second visit. They act like they care about people but that would have been the 3rd office visit for one prescription. I have never been treated this badly from any health care professional.

I’ve been with advanced practice every since they opened many years ago. I have referred friends and family to them. I’ve been so pleased how they’re eager to take care of whatever you come in there with. Hardly any wait time. I highly recommend their Facility.

If it were possible to give a zero or negative amount of stars, I would. I was sent here for a simple yearly urine analysis. While waiting, I was learning about a procedure available in the office and was considering having it done at a later date. But, the man that helped me completely changed my mind. He was ok until I informed him of my OCD, that I am afraid of germs, and therefore did not want to put my pocket items in the community bucket. He derogatorily snickered at me saying, You obviously dont take drug tests very often. After that, he was incredibly rude and belittling to me and proceeded to yell at me twice, once for walking toward the wrong sink to wash my hands and once for trying to clean up a mess I had made. I will never again go to this establishment for any reason. I have recommended that my employer do business elsewhere for their drug screenings.

If I could give them a zero, I would.Absolutely a shady business run by awful people. They made my appointment for 9 AM. I arrived 10 minutes early and noticed on the sign that they did not open until 9AM. After a couple of minutes, I saw movement inside and went up to the door to open it. It was locked. The guy inside was vacuuming and he looked me right in the eye and walked away. It was 48 degrees outside. A minute after 9AM another guy unlocked the door, but didnt open it for me in a friendly greeting, but just walked away. When I approached the desk and asked why they would leave me outside, the first guy laughed, pointed at the clock and said WE DONT OPEN UNTIL NINE! I called them fn losers and walked out.There are no shortcuts folks. There is a reason shady, failing businesses like this are run by only FNP nurses in a strip mall across from a vape shop. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!ps - the guy sitting behind the desk was fatter than me. Some weight loss clinic!
