Cape OBGYN Associates - Cape May Court House

Great care from start to finish.I just had major surgery with the doctors at Cape OB/GYN their communication during consultation through post-op was detailed and very clear. I never felt rushed or dismissed when I had questions or concerns. The office staff was courteous and professional. I had even messed up my leave of absence paperwork and was worried the office would be annoyed. Lisa was extremely helpful and friendly in sorting out the mess and was very quick to respond. I was dreading a life changing surgery but they made me feel very comfortable and heard as a patient. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Front desk staff was very friendly. The nurse Lindsay (forgive my spelling if incorrect) was incredibly sweet, patient as well as Dr Grencavich. These apts are not always the easiest or most comfortable and their kindness and patience made it a much better experience. I would definitely recommend and already have!

Staff is really friendly and nice. They made me feel comfortable and made sure to ask if I was comfortable with the male doctor or if I needed her to stay with me. Love how attentive they are and the office is very neat and clean.

I’ve been coming to Rachel for over 10 years and every time I come she always makes you feel like a priority. She is an excellent medical provider who takes the time to address her patients needs. Would definitely recommend this practice.

I really used to like this place but now I just feel uncomfortable when I come here, twice now the front desk person (Rachel) has told me in front of other patients in the waiting room why I am here for my visit; as if I didn’t make my own appointment; this is a small town and I recognized another patient as soon as I walked in, I guess they don’t understand HIPPA laws here smh. Also I made my appointment about a little over a week ago and they never mentioned an outstanding balance until I was there to be seen, leaving me with the option of rescheduling or paying right there and then, if notified ahead of time it would have saved me from the embarrassment of other patients listening in on my financial problems and spending money that I wasn’t prepared to use.

Rude & Condescending- I just moved to the area and have been trying to find a doctor. I have a lot of family in the area that highly recommend delivering at shore vs. cape regional. When I went for my first visit last month, the DR. told me that I could stay at this office because one of the DRs can deliver at shore. Rachel was amazing to go above and beyond to avoid me having to find a new office.Today, when I went and saw a male dr. in the office it went something like this If you want to deliver at shore, why are you here? What do you know? You just moved here? Ive been doing this for 30 years. He clearly frowned upon my decision to deliver at another hospital but was very unprofessional and rude in his approach.He was so rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I switched offices today and will not be going back.

First and foremost the Entire Staff have been Friendly and very Helpful . The exam rooms are Clean and Warm. My Doctor has been Professional and Kind!The best part is he takes his time to answer your questions and address any concerns you might have!

I’ve been seeing dr. Milio for over 7 years now and I have so many wonderful things to say about him. He is honest and to the point! He is very knowledgeable and factual. He’s friendly but cuts to the chase. He delivered my now 7 year old. My C-section recovery was speedy with not much pain, compared to my first child, which I had in North Jersey, with an awful recovery. He did a D&C on me for my fibroids. That procedure was easy with no pain or cramping. He diagnosed my fibroids and gave me clear and concise options to get rid of them. I am 48 years old and would recommend him to anyone in the area.

The people here were very courteous which I appreciated but the service was a bit ridiculous I had an appointment at 2:30 and I’m sitting here typing this while still waiting for a doctor at 3:30 you’re probably thinking oh it’s just because they have a lot of people there was one person besides me here maybe 2 and they took a person back that came in after me before me as well!Update: the doctor or came in at 3:30 said they couldn’t take it out today because I was a new patient they felt for it in my arm and told me to reschedule to get it out in 2 weeks so the hour wait was basically pointlessAnother update that may let them know more about themselves: When the doctor came in he started asking me if I wanted children which clearly I will eventually in the future, I said no simply said no because it’s been almost 5 years of me having to feel forced on it and finally wanting release to control my body as is without having to bleed almost every day due to nexplanon he also asked if I had problems with it in which I said yes. The business was unprofessional in giving you any option to want to do your own move and make people feel forced into getting another option of birth control, like has it ever occurred to anyone nowadays that we know how to handle ourselves and use condoms? Come on.. the way I was talked to had me leaving looking like I wasted my time

Dr. Michner is a great Doctor. I always feel comfortable around him no matter what I go in for...Today the treatment was awesome. I’ve been a patient in that office for years. I will continue to be their patient for years to come.

It was a very ackward experience and the doctor that had me was terrified to do her job and had to walk out of the room to get another nurse because and I quote. She was scared of my shirt. It was a movie title of a DC movie. She was terrified of it and was scared to be alone in the same room with me. Lets just say Im not getting mid wife Rachael to be my clinic doctor again. She did her job properly after having another person to come and watch her. But she did not tell me to cover up as she open the door to get another person. I felt very uncomfortable.

I’ve never had any issues with this office. They are always friendly and helpful. Today I saw Dr Michner. He was great. I would see him again.

I had seen dr Baker. She really was great, spent time with me and answered all my questions and concerns. I usually don’t like getting checkups, but since she made me comfortable, I will keep up with them for now on.

Staff are amazing. Service is always amazing. I get excited going to my gyno lol go figure. But its hard not to form a bond here at Cape Ob. Theres seriously nothing bad about them. Love love love.

I just want to say my experience I seen all doctors at cape obgyn but dr. Michener was my favorite and the staff there we’re always so nice and helpful I rate them 100 stars dr Michener delivered my son on January 3 as I was so scared he was so gentle and talked me through the whole thing so I highly recommend dr. Michener don’t give me wrong all the doctors we’re good but doctor mich was the best for me

Midwife Rachel is not gentle at all and can be very rude. The rest of the staff is amazing, friendly, and kind. However the treatment i received from Mid.Rachel was rude,painful and unsatisfactory.

My visit was great. The doctor was so patient and gentle and listened to what I had to say. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great OBGYN.

24 minutes agoWorst experience i have ever had at an obgyn. After 2 miscarriages, my daughter asked me to come in at the same time as her. He was annoyed by this and mad actual faces when i asked questions. Had to be pushed to recommend a doctor who specialized in fertility issues. A asked him whether or not she should have an early mammogram as there are multiple higher risks for her. He said he didnt know what i meant and turned away from me. I asked him which pap smear he was doing (i have always been asked in the past if i want the “more expensive one). He made a face (i was floored) and said “im testing for hpv”. He walks out and leaves us with no way way to clean up before redressing.I went to front desk and politely asked for my records. The receptionist didnt even look at us and said “please sign this and there will be a charge for the recordsObgyn exams already make you feel uncomfortable. He treated us like we were bothering himI am a practicing doctor, and i have never treated a patient with this level of demeaning disrespect

I have seen Dr Milio and Dr Michner throughout all of my pregnancies and I love them both. The staff is very sweet and friendly too! Would highly recommend!

First time patient. Looking for a woman gynocologist for some time, I finally foundRachael Grencavich a provider at the Cape May Courthouse location. I found her to be concerned with the whole patient wellbeing.She listened and answered all the questions I had. I would highly recommend Rachael Grencavich and her office assistants.

I come here because I like my doctor but the front desk is always rude with an attitude 100% of the time and they never answer the phone for some reason when they’re not doing anything but talking and joking together. Whoever supervises the front desk staff needs to do something about them that’s why I left here the first time but came back because I like my doctor. The front desk shouldn’t have patients wanting to leave their doctor because of their attitudes !!!

Midwife Rachel Grencavich delivered both of my children. She’s the absolute best. Have been seeing her for years and will not go to anyone else.

Appt was 1:30. Was in an exam room by 1:35 and out by 2. Rachel was very thorough and then some. Staff members were very pleasant.

Not happy about my experience here. They never reminded me of a appointment that was 3 months out and dont respon back to messages left. Definitely looking for another place to go.

Had the most relaxing Doctors visit. Courteous staff, very welcoming. The Doctor was very pleasant and kind. I would recommend this place to every female I know.

Axia Health Cape Ob/Gyn’s clinical stuff, especially Rachel Grencavich, are professional and respectful, answered all my questions and explained things in a calm matter, patiently, allowing people to feel safe and comfortable.

Rachel grencavich CNM is the most rude uncaring nurse I have ever met. I will never go back to her again, she should not be practicing!

Dr. Milio delivered all 3 of my children. I’ve seen all of the doctors and nurse practitioners. Everyone is very professional, the staff is friendly and helpful.
