Out of few urgent care in Bensalem, this is the best urgent care as far as cleanliness and facility. My second visit since it was open. East to get an appointment as well as friendly staff. I would recommend this facility if you ever need in medical emergency as they are open on weekends from 8am to 8pm and on weekends from 8am to 5pm.

Don’t know the gentleman name at the front desk but what I do know is he’s awesome, very polite and extremely helpful! It wasn’t a long wait and the physician was thorough and the nurse as well! It is such a blessing to have staff that are professional but also caring at the same time! Overall experience 10/10

Everyone was so helpful and concerned about my care. The office was spotless and extremely comfortable. Professionalism was a key factor. I would definitely utilize this facility again. I was seen in 10 minutes. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience.

Great reception here. Quick and easy. Appointment was easy to make. Nurse Jen was awesome and Dr. Steven was great. Treated me for my sprained thumb. I give this place 2 thumbs up!

I’ve never been to this Urgent Care before.i made an appointment and filled out all the needed paperwork online. It was very convenient. All the staff were very nice, took care of my needs. I as in and out in less than 15 minutes. They take most insurance and have the cost of procedures on the counter, so no hidden fees. I would highly recommend!!!

I did not make an appointment and I did not wait more than an hour. The staff from the front desk to the employees in the back were very friendly, attentive, and caring. Dr. Patel that attended to my issue was very friendly and made me feel comfortable and informed. It was a very nice environment and I left knowing my issue was solved. I always go to vybe and never have had a bad experience. They schedule online beforehand so I usually don’t have to wait long and everyone is always super friendly. Just went in yesterday for a cough and the nurse I had Katrina Kareema was great and super friendly and nice. Sometimes doctors or nurses aren’t always the warmest and she was very personable and upbeat.

Ended up having to get some tests done for work, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Kareema took very good care of me and made sure everything was explained properly to me. Super friendly staff and a good atmosphere

The staff at this location are very nice and welcoming, they answered any questions I had with additional information as needed. There was not a long wait and I was in and out within an hour. I went after work so it was around 5:30pm when I arrived.

My go to stop for any medical issues or necessary lab work. Clean facility. I love that you can make an appointment online and there are always same day appointments available. Every time I’ve gone I’ve been in and out within 30 minutes. Dr. Pratta, the nurses and the front desk staff are very efficient and friendly.

Very clean place with friendly & helpful staff. Check in was easy. There was also not a long wait. Would definitely go back if I need Urgent care again while visiting my family here on the East Coast

This Urgent care has appointments making it easy to schedule with minimal wait time. Everyone working there was beyond sweet and Brett the PA was informative and efficient !

This was the best urgent care experience I have ever had and I raised 2 daredevil boys so I have a decent amount of experience. Amira was working the front desk. She is amazing.She was very helpful as well as pleasant to work with while we worked through the frustration of getting me checked into the system since the vybe app was not working properly. I was in and out in about an hour. The waiting room was empty when i arrived around 3:40 but it got very busy after 4pm.

The best Urgent Care! It was very clean, barely anyone there. Dr Jose Torradas was very nice, a very knowledgeable and helpful, I will Definitely recommend him a the facility.

Signing in was super easy and the wait was not long at all. When I got to the back nurse Kareema was the best she was super sweet, personable, and easy to talk to. The doctor was also great. Overall the service was amazing.

Just left this place very clean place the only problem. It was the employee on the front desk. She had a really great attitude. She sent me away after five minutes. Me being there sign in my stuff.So I was not even able to get treatment

Staff was efficient, polite and knowledgeable. I need blood work and the phlebotomist was very good. Clean facility and I was taken in earlier than my appointment.EDIT: I had a TB Interferon test done. I was charged $80, they drew blood and I left. At no time was I told that the test would be done by Quest Diagnostics or that I would be charged an ADDITIONAL $370!!!! I have all the paperwork they gave me and it is not mentioned anywhere. I feel this is false advertisement as their website quotes a price and doesnt say there will be additional fees. I will be fighting this, unfortunately 4 phone calls later and Ive not received a call back.

Staff was extremely friendly. I was early for my appointment and they got me seen a full 20 minutes early. My intake nurse Kareema was very kind and warm person. Doctor Brett was kind and efficient got me in and out quickly. Facility was overall very clean and great atmosphere. One of the best experiences I’ve had at any urgent care.

Kareema was absolutely amazing from the moment she called me back. She made me feel comfortable and completely professional. Best employee in the medical field I’ve came across so far.

Very long wait times. Appointment was made for 11:20 and I was still waiting to be called in at 12:28. What’s the purpose of making appointments? Use patient first 5 minutes away on street road they are better staffed and very short wait times.

Was a walk in. And the process to get my info was easy and quick. Got me back in the room as soon as I got there. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were all nice. Never felt judgment from any of them. If I had a medical issue, would definitely comeback to this office.

Service was great. But I paid 100 for visit. Produced insurance card. My insurance is 80 deductible. So why did I pay 100? Also why did you need my debit card? Would of been 5 star. But because of this........

This is an excellent urgent care facility that I have utilized on several occasions. Staff are knowledgeable and courteous. On this visit, they determined I needed a hospital ER which they discussed by phone with my doctor and all agreed. Thankful they recognized the potential issues and provided sound follow-up.

This was my first visit and I highly recommend!!! Steve and Gina were amazing! Check in was super easy and the staff is so friendly. They did an X-ray pretty quick and explained their findings very well. I was in and out in less than an hour. I did make an appointment online the night before which I think they recommend. This was my first visit to an urgent care facility. If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!

I’m Pregnant , with a very sore throat and ears and after being dismissed by my doctors office , i walked into Vybe and after only having to wait a couple minutes they took me back and evaluated me right away! Kareema was fantastic, very nice and personable ! 5 stars all around! Will definitely be coming back in the future !!

Took my friend here for a physical and it was amazing. Kareema and Kristina helped us out and were super nice! These amazing ladies had us in and out in about 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this urgent care!

I came here for a leg in the doctor Lisa was very rude and not helpful. She did not listen to anything I said and was very dismissive. She pretty much told me she can’t do anything and go somewhere else. She barely looked at me and had a very bad attitude like she did not want to be here helping me. She did not care about my pain and was no help at all telling me off the bat to go somewhere else. I would suggest going somewhere else instead of wasting your time here. Not to mention the room was very dirty and gross very unsanitary to be dealing with medical matters. The only plus was the front desk was nice and welcoming but besides that do not come here unless you want this experience and not to be helped correctly.

Amazing! Easy check-In …Doctor was awesome! She was easy to talk too,listened to me and cared . Her assistant did an awesome job drawing my blood ! Thank you ladies !

While everyone was great; I didn’t see a doctor, which was really weird. I was only back there for like 6 minutes in total, the PA did a quick look and then sent me on my way after two tests. I’m not sure if it was because of the time I went or something, but it was very strange to be charged 75 bucks only to see a PA instead of an actual doctor.

Ok in an emergent situation, but if you can, make an appointment. Otherwise, the wait time will be just as long as the ER. We waited over 2 hours to be seen just for a diagnosis of strep. My previous experiences with other urgent care facilities have always been much faster.

I went in because I wasn’t feeling well. The guy who checked me in was rude and couldn’t care less. When I was seen, they checked me for strep, which I didn’t have. Turns out I had pneumonia. They didn’t catch it. I found out I had ghat when I had to go to the emergency room with a 103 degree fever. Thanks a lot for nothing

This is the third day I have a sore throat and cough. It has progressed each day now with constant runny nose and over all feeling of being run down. My son was just diagnosed with strep, he was negative on the rapid test but positive 3 days later on the lab test. I expressed all of this to the Nurse and Doctor. I felt blown off by the Dr and I was negative for rapid test. So take some Motrin and treat what ever symptoms you have. What is the worst case for treating me for strep while I wait for my test? My son already had to suffer 3 days without meds. No one can seem to figure out why this country is so fed up with the healthcare system! Lets start a thread naming the drugs I would be able to get depending on what I say I’m suffering with! Added the picture after I got home, not having a fever.

Im giving 3 stars primarily because of my experience with the nurse who handled my initial assessment. This was my first visit to this clinic as I usually go to my doctors office, but they were closed for the weekend. The nurse who took my vitals and conducted my basic assessment never introduced herself, which left me feeling unwelcome. Unfortunately, I don’t even know her name to mention it here.When it came time for the procedure, she handed me a swab specimen and told me to follow the directions on the wall without explaining things in simpler terms. While I am fully capable of reading and have done swabs before, I couldn’t help but think about patients who might struggle with this process or reading disability. It was disheartening and felt impersonal, especially for those who may not be familiar with medical procedures. I wanted to speak up but wasn’t sure how I would be perceived.On a positive note, the clinic was clean, the receptionist was friendly, and the doctor who saw me was very kind and welcoming, though he also didn’t introduce himself. As a healthcare worker myself, I always strive to show care and compassion to my patients, and it was a bit disappointing that I didn’t receive the same.

Wasn’t truly evaluated and the staff was honestly a little condescending and dismissive. Had a receptionist take vitals and recap the reason for my visit, after waiting & hearing everything being said in the hall and the next room over with the paper thin walls, the PA was in the room with me for maybe 3 minutes & basically dismissed my concerns but did no evaluation herself. I was tested for a UTI, which I knew was from dehydration, and had been on an antibiotic that was prescribed by a telemed doctor that was not working. She came in the room focused on STI questions, which was not the cause for my visit nor a concern of mine, and then suggested I see an ob for a possible cyst when I was clear that my symptoms were consistent with a uti/kidney infection or stones which I have a history of, but was unable to get an apt until January, and had no fever or blood, prompting an urgent care visit rather than the ER. I was told to drink water and sent on my way. Tonight, a few days since that visit, I passed a kidney stone. I would not return here and would not recommend it.

The vybe team got me back to a room within ten minutes of walking through the front door! Kareema was my medical assistant and took all my vitals. She was very polite and efficient.

The Staff is always so polite and professional, even at the front desk. My daughter loves them as well. I wouldnt choose a better urgent care to care for my kids. It is always very clean in there as well.

I would recommend this place to anyone that asked the receptionist was awesome. The doctor was the best she went over everything with me explained everything to me They also have an x-ray on premise, best place ever you just gotta go to find out.👍🏼👍🏼

Went in for a simple cold. The service I received by nurse Jocelynn was great, very polite and caring. The services I received by Dr Brett was also great and patient and polite. Great experience at this location.

I walked in on Sunday at 4:15, when closing time is 5:00. The guy behind the desk looked at me and stared. Then he asked what are you doing here? I said my kids arent feeling well. He said you come at 4:15 when we close at 5?!. I said I would go elsewhere. He said Im not saying we wont see you.... I just left.I am wondering what he was saying. No hello. No smile. No welcome. Just letting me know that I broke an unwritten rule. I would be ok with Im so sorry, we wont be able to see you. I would be ok with we would be happy to see you, please, in the future, try to get here at least xx time before closing. I am not ok with a rude welcome where I am guilted for doing nothing wrong. I came when I was able and you can choose if you can see me. Very poor customer service. I dont plan to come back.

This was one of my few visits to Vybe. I was lucky enough to find an appointment available the day of which made the process easier. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The wait was as quick as 5 minutes. From there, nurse Kareema greeted me and she was lovely and nice! Overall I had a great experience at this Vybe urgent care location! I would definitely recommend!

It was busy! but I still got in and out at a reasonable time and Kareema made me enjoy my visit she was very helpful and kind

The doctor saw me for about 2 minutes and said it was a muscle strain. My primary care doctor wanted x-rays but he didnt do them. I have had muscle strains before and they dont feel like this. The doctor i saw told me to take nsaids (which i am already doing). I returned to my primary care doctor the next week. She sent me for xrays. They showed a compression fracture in my back. If the doctor had taken more time and listened to me, I would have taken steps to avoid further injury.

Daria was efficient, effective and informative of the procedures and the diagnosis. Our child felt comfortable. The medical assistants were friendly and helpful.

I went in for an issue with my ankle Jocelyn was very kind and friendly especially to my daughter who I had with me and dr.banger was extremely helpful and informative explaining in detail what was going on with my ankle fracture. And Jen was the X-ray nurse very kind and let me know everything she was doing and gentle with my injury. 10/10 recommend every one was kind and I was in and out very quickly.

Super helpful staff and clean environment. Jen went above and beyond explaining the portal and how to use since my son’s ear infection sort of worsened. Sandra was our PA and she was awesome we had a few hiccups with the pharmacy but she figured it out and was so pleasant! I love this place. These people care about their patients.

Both NP and the Doctor were phenomenal with my three yr old who has a hard time allowing others to touch or examine him. They were so polite , and extremely patient with him.

I took my daughter here to get a rapid covid test because the website stated that they do rapid test for insurance and self pay and when we got here. They tried to charge me $75 to get the results back immediately.RUN FAR AWAY. Afc is way better.If you see Dr. BRETT MITCHELL name turn the other way. He was very rude and ignored my concerns.Also sent my daughter back to school the next pay pending result.Front desk guy very sweet. The RN was also sweet.But Dr. Mitchell HORRIBLE

I’m very picky with my urgent cares as I go decently often. I was scared to come here because of all the bad reviews it had on Apple Maps. but my visit was amazing! The lady at the front desk is so nice! I didn’t have a long wait time (5-10 minutes) the nurse Kareema was so sweet! Didn’t even feel like I was at a doctors office very easy to have a conversation with. The doctor was very nice went through everything with me and was in and out in less than a half hour! Would definitely recommend wonderful urgent care.

My first visit to an urgent care was better than I expected. I was a walk in but got registered right away. Short wait time. Dr. Bangor was very professional, caring and asked a lot of questions giving me the scripts I needed. Overall good experience.

Im Glad I took a chance and came to the bensalem office at vybe urgent careeveryone was Profesional and friendly..was told there was 6 people infront of me about 15 min per person wait , but fortunately they got me seen surprisingly very quick.i was in and out within less than 30 minutes , The doctor Steven and the nurse kararma(i apologize if the names spellings are wrong) were very helpful and respectful.I Would recommend to anyone needing fast care that doesnt require a ER visit, and i would go back to this location if necessary, but hopefully wont have to.Appreciate the help and especially the low wait timeThank you!

This was my first time at this urgent care and it was far better than the hulmeville road people’s choice urgent care. Kareema was very generous and caring for the patients walking in. She provides good information on the wait time and answer any questions you have.I was taken in by Jen who was very caring with my health. She asked many questions to analyze my health and treatment which shows they care about their patients receiving good health care. Jen was very helpful and answered any questions I had.

I visited Vybe urgent care earlier with some flu like symptoms. The entire staff was extremely professional, and kind. I was very surprised at how personable everyone was from the front desk to the technicians to Dr. Jen. They were extremely thorough and more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure we could pin point the problems I had. Seriously, if you’re tired of getting the run around at other urgent cares, or getting less than optimal medical treatment, fear not. This is the fastest Vybe location I’ve EVER been to. The people there are so generous and patient. Kareema’s energy was a lovely presence to be around especially with the pain I was in. Dr. Bangor diagnosed me rather quickly and was very informative. She made sure I knew exactly was causing my pain and next steps to treat my ear issue. Front desk service was great - first lady who took me back was awesome . The nurse practitioner who treated me had a horrible bedside manner . Normally I have good service here but today the bedside manner of the NP didnt sit well with me and I felt as though I wasnt being heard.

Provide excellent customer service to me on a walk in appointment. The doctors provided detailed instructions and information on their diagnosis. X-ray staff was amazing and ensured it was a painless process.

Anytime Ive gone its been a pleasant experience. The ladies at the front desk are sweet and check us in right away. The doctor answers all questions and sent prescriptions right over to pharmacy. Quick and easy which is just what you want when youre sick.

I had a great experience. Its the first time I ever used an urgent care center. I had tests and x-rays done right on the premises. The staff was excellent! Friendly, efficient, and thorough. I will definitely return if I get sick. I saw Maureen Tessler and was very happy with how thorough she was and she explained everything she was doing and when I would need to follow-up. The receptionist was extremely friendly and welcoming, a real superstar.

To be honest this is the place to go! The teamOf physicians go above and beyond and I appreciate that. Kareema beside manner, is pleasant and calming. The resident or MD I seen was professional and thorough! Believe me when I tell you the doctor didn’t just go off of one symptom to give a diagnosis, blood was drawn on site and a urine sample was taken. If you want to receive a honest look over of whatever medical complaint you may have, this is the place for you.

They got me in very fast, no wait at all honestly. Everyone was expedient, professional and nice. The facility is very clean. With that said, you probably aren’t going to see a MD or DO, most likely you will see a Physicians Assistant or an NP. That is just the state of healthcare right now.

We went there today around 3:30 pm as a walk in and I will say we will never go back. I completely understand how appointments work and I am more than happy to wait my turn. The rude receptionist was giving us every excuse not to stay and even avoided taking my insurance card from my hand. She kept mumbling about how long the wait would be and that there were appointments before us. We told her that we understand that there are appointments before us and we would be more than happy to wait our turn. Still, she continued to make more excuses as to why we should not wait. She completely makes you feel unwelcome. I hate to give a place a bad review because I don’t know what the rest of the business is like. However, since the receptionist is the first person that I see when I go into a medical facility this is how I’m going to base my first impression on. The way we were treated today I would never go back to this facility and I would never recommend it to anybody. The person that was working behind the desk should not be in that position. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Went there and paid $60 for them to tell me absolutely nothing. Barely examined me, and said to follow up with my doctor. Went in anxious and worried just to be pushed out the door within 15 mins of arriving. Doctor attending had a way of speaking down, and I felt terrible and not helped leaving. It was more of a consultation than an examination. The front desk receptionist was so preoccupied with her cell phone, rather than my questions regarding the fee for the visit. Doubled down by the extremely flippant doctor, I sat in my car discouraged and cried on the phone to my husband the entire ride home. I swear the doctor spent more time putting on hand sanitizer than providing any time of care. I would suggest charging for the service AFTER the patients have been seen… you did ABSOLUTELY nothing, but felt totally justified charging for a service. Shameful practice.

Another bad experience with this facility. After doctor checked me and said they will bring me paper prescription, I waited 15-20 min, even the light went off! They totally forgot about me. I reminded them and got my prescription right away.But the real “fun” started when I came to my pharmacy with PAPER prescription and the pharmacist told me that my medication is ready in different pharmacy! So what happened was that when I checked in Urgent care, receptionist asked me about my pharmacy whether it is CVS on Hummingbird. “No, CVS on Bristol Pike,” I replied. She said that they can not send it there because of some issues so that I would get paper prescription. So when I got into my pharmacy and they told me that my meds are ready in cvs on NESHAMINY Blvd!!! I was in utter shock!The place is also dirty as you can see on the picture that I took when I was waiting for my prescription

This is one of the best vybe urgent care Ive ever been too. The young lady at the front desk I dont know her name that check me in, has excellent customer service skills. Im in the process of fostering my neice , so I had to go in for a physical that the angecy is paying for, it took a few minutes for my case manager to get the ok from her manager on the pricing and their company credit card. But the young lady at the front desk was very patient with me. And after the ok I was checked in and seen, and was out within a reasonable time. I would Definitely recommend this vybe urgent care to all my friends and family. Ps. Plus the place was very clean.

Today was my first visit at Vybe Urgent Care and every single one of the nurses were so pleasant and helpful, especially Kareema who helped me update my health insurance information and gave me two bottles of water after my bloodwork. I nearly passed out, but the attending nurse and Kareema were both very attentive and helpful during the process. Steven Pratta is also an excellent PA. I highly recommend this business for anyone in need of urgent care!

BE AWARE!!!!I wish I could give them 0 star for their service. A month ago I called them for DOT Exam. They said they do it and the charge is $65 and its a walk-in. I went there and while I was filling out the form the receptionist told me its $125. I asked them you said $65 over the phone. She said it must be a mistake. I really needed that DOT Certificate right away. since I didnt have enough time in my hand I paid them and started the process. They failed me because my urine had glucose in it and they told me that they need detail report from my physician. Also if I comeback within 45 days they wont charge me. 2 weeks later I went back there and the receptionist told me they cant do it because the examiner is not there. she will be back next week and if other examiner do it I have to pay again. Since I had more then enough time I said I will come back Next week. 10 days later I went back there and the examiner still not there. They said they dont know when she will be back. The receptionist call the examiner to find if other examiner can process it. They said it doesnt matter. I still have to pay and now they asked me $150. Also they said to me that since you have diabetes you will fail again. They are just making stupid excuses to make money and providing the service. I went to some other place for the certificate and told all my situation and they said for non-CDL driver you dont need all those test to perform. They are bunch of thieves. Stay away from this Urgent Care. Choice to go somewhere else. They always tell you something else over the phone and something else in person. Just stay away.

The sign in was quick and simple. There was virtually no wait time. The nurse was pleasant and attentive. She to my concerns. The doctor arrived promptly and was very professional and polite. I was accurately seen and treated. My meds were electronically sent to my pharmacy ahead of me. The office and exam rooms were clean and comfortable. The whole experience was very pleasant. A+ service! Thank you Dr. Steve and Nurse Jocelynn! Everyone was so nice.and knowledgeable. They are an asset to the company and the field.

Nurse and NP were excellent. Knowledgeable, thorough and had wonderful bedside manner. The receptionist could do better. She could be more attentive to the front desk vs looking at what the folks in the back are doing. Heard her getting frustrated with a client over the phone and also arguing with the staff in the treatment area over something trivial. Really immature and dramatic. Other than that great experience :)

The doctor barely did an assessment and said you have a cold. Very transactional. She had pink hair I didn’t even think she was a doctor the way she greeted me. She didn’t tell me how to treat anything and just said I’ll send cold medicine to the pharmacy. Which I could have done myself. What a joke.

Always the best service. They get me in and out ASAP. They waste no time. All the staff are very kind each time and have great banter & respect. Very comfortable as a female in their care. They’re great with kids too.

When I arrived there was no wait. I needed assistance to get out of the car. The nurse was great about it. A wheelchair was bought out and I was carefully pushed inside the facility. The facility was clean. Dr. Pratta asked a lot of questions and accessed my injury. My visit was super quick and I actually walked out on my own, with the assistance of crutches of course. A great experience, and super friendly and caring staff.

My daughter had come in earlier in the day and the receptionist recommended she come back later as they were busy and made a 7:30pm appt for her. We were running late which I didn’t find to be an issue as most places give you a grace period and they take walk ins. On our way in the door a man in scrubs was walking out the door with a white bin and he comments “you’re just coming in”. My daughter checks in receptionist was very nice. She gets taken back around 7:49 and is back out by 758. They rushed her vitals and a strep swab. A rapid strep test takes about 15 min to process yet she was out in 9 minutes. They they documented my daughters weight 100lbs less then it should be… putting my 19 year old in the 1 percentile. The moment we left they locked the doors and all left. As a nurse I understand wanting to be done on time but I would never be rude to patient or make them feel rushed. If it was that imperative that all staff be out of the building at 8pm they could have let us know there was no grace period on lateness or called when we were late to cancel us.

Went in to get a quick strep throat test, and quick is right, I was able to get in and out within 30 minutes thanks to MA Kareema who provided excellent and fast assistance and grabbed all the information needed for a physical assistant to see me.

Worst urgent care I’ve ever been to!! First you’re greeted by a receptionist who always has a dry attitude and seems like she’s pissed because you walked in. Then you have staff who try to belittle you like you don’t know anything, also like the things you’re asking for are impossible to do!!! Would never recommend this place to anyone!! God forbid they do their job ! We need more drs, nurses, and assistants who have compassion because that’s something you will not find here!!

I have bad anxiety its really hard for me to go to doctors but everyone here was so nice my nurse kareema was great I didnt catch anyone elses names but they all made me feel really comfortable which helped a lot. Thank you all !

I’ve used Telemedicine as well as went to the clinic and had no issues with either. The girls are pleasant. The doctor I saw was a young guy and he was so nice and caring. He diagnosed me after doing some tests and gave me some medication and off I went home. Overall it was a good experience.

Everyone from the front desk, to the nurse & doctor were all super efficient and handled there jobs just right. Ty for having me in & out quickly w/ all questions covered ! Always appreciate you guys

Office is clean, bright, a nice size and has friendly staff. Very driven to put a patients needs first. Wait time is not crazy long as it tends to be at some of these urgent care establishments. Very pleasant experience, I would definitely recommend for people of all ages including children, and, should the need arise that I would have to visit another urgent care I would return to this one.
